I placed an online order a week ago for two iPad cases. I received no order number, no email acknowledgement, and when I dialed the phone number there was a fast busy signal – not a good sign. We have two of their leather cases that we purchased from Fry’s, and they are beautiful and functional. Apparently there is no one home at the store, however.

I placed an order for an iPhone 5 case and didn’t receive the product until a month and a half later. This business has no customer service whatsoever. I received multiple emails from staff members containing spelling and grammatical errors, and was even told that I was being unreasonable and complaining. The company promised me a free iPhone case and screen protector for the trouble I had with shipping my product-​but they never shipped these items to me. I will never make the mistake of ordering from this company again.
Luardi Accessories and their staff are completely unreliable, and I have read other reviews that state the same. Avoid at ALL costs!
