Amazing, amazing, amazing service! This florist is true to word. The arrangement was generous and so beautiful. Super nice, honest, professional florists. Florist attempted to deliver several times because recipient was not available, and I was not charged for the extra service. Delivery was successful. Give LILAC FLORIST a try, you won’t be disappointed. Beautiful arrangements at reasonable prices, and excellent service.

overpriced and they will keep pushing you to buy their flowers… once you say no, they’ll turn on you and give you attitude the rest of the time. never coming in here again.

I ordered flowers from 1 – 800 flowers which I have done several times in the past with satisfaction. I paid $ 95.00 for a delux tulip arrangement. Unfortunately the vendor for the area was Lilac Flowers in Glendale. What my secretary received was a pitiful arrangement of 15 small and short tulips with nothing else in a very cheap vase. I was embarrassed when I saw it. I decided to call Lilac flowers because I thought it might have been a mistake but I was told that it was not. I told the owner of Lilac Flowers what I paid for it and she said that she only receives $ 65.00; not $ 100. She said I would have paid $ 50 if I had ordered from her directly. I said that what I received was not worth $ 50 but that it should have been nicer if she received more than she would normally charge. I then asked if she would exchange it for something nicer without charge and she sid no. It’s too bad that companies don’t consider customer service. Had she agreed to bring a new arrangement, I would have called her directly for flowers in the future. But now I will tell everyone to NEVER go there!
