TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I purchased a coupon through Deal Chicken for some services (Massage and mani/​pedi). I called the company NUMEROUS times and got a return call saying they would call me back in a couple days. MONTHS, literally MONTHS, later they return my phone call. Awful customer service. The man I spoke with was very rude. I was frustrated (can’t you understand my frustration?!) and upset about the situation. I expressed that to him and he could care less. Supposedly you’re able to book your appointments online. Good luck! :/​No possible way to do that. And good luck getting through to someone by calling their main number. I was able to get a refund through Deal Chicken. Thank goodness! Take my advice. Find another salon!

Impossible to make appointments by phone. You have to leave your name and wait for a week or more for them to call you back or email them.
