THIS PLACE DESERVES ZERO STARS. I don’t know how this guy can get 5 stars! Maybe his friends and family are all writing the reviews. He’s a joke! How can a person go to law school, pass the bar, and like an idiot tell a client «he can’t finish the job». I was recommended to him after I was in a car accident. At the time I was so upset about what had happened, I agreed to just let him handle my case without taking the time to look around for a good lawyer. Let me remind you, my accident was in November 2011. After he settles the medical portion of the case, and gets the money for the cost of the doctors, he actually sits there and tells me, «You know, I can’t go further with the case, the person who hit you, his insurance company isn’t willing to pay you for the damages caused to your car. It is going to take me a long time, and a lot more money to go to court to win this case. You seem like a smart person, just go to small claims court, and I’ll charge you a small fee to prepare your paperwork and tell you what to say in court, and I’m sure you can win your case on your own.» After telling him over and over again, maybe at least 10 times, that since I hired him from the beginning I wanted him to finish up the case and get the money to fix my car, he kept telling me the insurance company wasn’t willing to settle. I wasn’t going to pay out of my pocket to pay for damages another person caused. So, I asked around other attorney offices, and got the same answer from all of them that usually what these attorneys do is take a large percentage of your money from the medical portion of the case and tell you they are not going to charge you anything from the property damage. (Now it makes sense to me why he didn’t want to continue working my case, because he took a little over 50% of the money from my medical check – and I know this because I actually saw the check in my file when I was in his office)!!! By then I was already fed up. This was after countless phone calls, office meetings, and back and forth emails. It was March of 2013 when I was just done with his attitude, I went to his office and asked to get a copy of my file and that I didn’t want to work with him any longer and I was going to handle the case myself. I had another appointment I was late for, so I stopped by really quick, the receptionist made me sign a paper that said I received everything. My mistake was not looking through it all before signing it, because some things were missing. At this point, I understand that’s not the important part, I still think it’s wrong of them to not include all the information. Most importantly how I knew things were missing was because I did not see the copy of the actual check that was sent to them for my medical treatments. I figured if one thing is missing I’m sure more things will be missing. So I headed to the library, got some books about small claims court and at that time my best friend had just passed the bar exam, so we sat down and went over all the information and she said, «Do you know the last conversation he had according to his notes with the insurance company was over a year ago??» I was sooo furious! I took a few months to really digest all the information from his notes, and read all the books to prepare myself to go to court with the insurance company (which it turns out I didn’t even need to). It was about the 20^th of August when I called the insurance company to follow up with my case, and the representative told me «I’m sorry this hasn’t been handled, the representative who was handling your case no longer works with us and your attorney hasn’t had any form of communication with us since January of 2012. All I need is a letter from his office stating that he is not representing you and you can be the spokesperson for your case and we can get this done ASAP.» So I called Hosharian’s office and asked the assistant or whatever he is at the front desk, to fax the letter of non-​representation. For a few days, apparently it didn’t go through, and by the end of the week, they finally received the letter, and I was able to talk to her further about my case. After that, I took my car to the body shop that was going to fix my car and within 1 week, had an adjustor at the location giving an estimate, and said that we were ready to go to fix my car. Within a week they sent me the check, my body shop fixed my car and I paid them. That’s all I wanted, not an arm and a leg that Mr Hosharian couldn’t supply me. It is September 29^th today, and I have already had my car fixed in immaculate condition since the 20^th of September. It is just mind boggling to me that a case that took me, a regular citizen of Los Angeles, only 4 weeks to complete, it took an attorney who praises himself and states he only works with high-​end cases more than $ 25,000 almost 2 years and he couldn’t complete it.

I can’t express my gratitude enough to Peter for helping our family through a tough situation with our complicated immigration case. Since the very beginning, Peter has been open with us in any matter relating to the case, always kept us in the loop on everything he was doing. He even got us the money from the previous attorneys who took it and did nothing. I have only kind words and nice things to say about him. We are still waiting for the final results of the case, but I can confidently say Peter did everything he could to get us to that point, and he will win it for us, and hopefully soon, and save our family from years and years of heartache. His office staff is very corteous, and I mean it. They have no problem with me calling in and asking all sorts of questions, however many times I need to do that :) Thank you Peter!!!

I’ve been rear ended twice and Peter got me the money that I deserved for my personal injury claim. He was professional, timely and simply very good. Don’t try to settle with insurance companies by yourself, I’ve done it before and I regretted it. I have referred a few friends to Peter and he took great care of them. Great support staff as well. Hope there is not a next accident, but if there is I will be calling the Hosharian Law Office.

This law office is truly exceptional. They really show that they care for their clients. They always kept me up to date on the status of my accident case and explained everything to me as it was happening, without me having to call and follow up once. They also communicated with me through email (as well as over the phone) which made it really easy for me to respond during working hours. I have dealt with other lawyers in the past but I have never come across a law office so organized and so attentive like Peter and his team have been. I will recommend them to anyone I know.
