Lavoo sucks bought a mp1x and the glass cracked from the heat of the coals, they replaced it with another broken one that was cracked on the bottom vase. Then the third time fracked under heat again… Biggest waste of money ever

If you are looking to buy a glass hookah their hookah is the best with quality! Once my friend dropped my mp5x, i thought i lost my treasure!!! But nothing!!! No cracks no scratches !

They have been extremely helpful whenever I’ve walked in… Always answering my questions and never trying to over sell something.
The only complaint I have is there is literally never anyone at the store! It makes it very hard if I need to, say, pick up any replacement parts I might need right then and there… Even when I went to purchase my hookah i made a few trips all the way to Glendale and finally I caught one of the guys as they were leaving.
Other than that I’m extremely happy with everything I’ve purchased so far and I’m constantly recommending Lavoo to anyone who likes mine.

Amazing customer service. I have the MP1 and I have been clumsy numerous times by which I ended up with a cracked downstem/​bowl, a downstem/​bowl and the release valve. All these things have happened and the LaVoo employees has been there 110% of the way to help me out with replacement part as well as great tips and advice on how to get the most/​best out of my LaVoo.
I havent been over to there in a good minute due to the bakery incident which is located directly next door to them which makes me a little worried that they may have evacuated the shop as well.
GREAT PLACE TO PURCHASE ANY AND ALL LaVoo Hookahs!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
BTW: I put 4 «$$$$» because it is a shop with HIGH END QUALITY products and you get your monies worth because they will help you out if any issues arise with your purchase.
