I’ve studied Salsa all over L.A. usually learning some moves but then forgetting them due to the irregularity of the classes and substitute teachers.
I LOVE THIS PLACE. Sergio and Maria are wonderful, dedicated teachers who really care about seeing their students grow. They love their craft and all the students love them.
In terms of dancing, I think they are top notch and really set the bar high for the serious student.
I repeated Level 1 twice because I have two left feet but it was still fun. Sergio is there week after week building on what you learned the last week. Conversely, when I went to Debbie Reynold’s dance studio in Culver City there was a different teacher every week and you could never really build a repertoire. It was frustrating.
Now I’m in Intermediate but plan on going to Advanced soon. Such a great hobby to have, never would’ve believed I could’ve progressed this fast in such a short time. Thanks Sergio, thanks Maria!
