All I have to say is wow, this place is awful. Stay away. The Totino pizzas you get for a buck at supermarkets taste better.

Meh. Marginal pizza not worth the danger. Got one of those Valpak flyers for La Pizza Loca & thought I would try it out since it’s kinda sorta close to where I work — Luke AFB. Plus, I am a big fan of independent pizza places. Once I got there around noon, I realized I probably shouldn’t be in this part of town. Neighbors include a pawnshop, check cashing store, Cricket store, and a few spanish-only vendors. Lots of shady characters milling around and three of them had the spider web tattoos all over their necks. I parked right in front of the store which had all of the front and rear doors open to self-ventilate. Even though it’s April, the heat and smell was a bit stifling. Picked up the pizza and didn’t even bother to count my change since I wanted to get the heck out of there. 2 Item Large Pizza was $ 5.99 and I got $ 4.01 change which was kind of strange since I expected there to be sales tax. Anyway, once I got back to work, I cracked open the box, and the pizza looked okay. I would rate the taste at slightly below average to not so good. There’s a strange buttery taste on the crust that just lingers on the palette — still there an hour after eating and brushing my teeth twice! I only ate one slice and felt a little guilty sharing the pizza with friends. They tore it up & didn’t complain, so I guess there are people who like it, or it could just be that free pizza tastes good no matter how bad it is! I give it two stars because of this. I don’t plan on ever returning and would not recommend this establishment.
