The location is great and there is usually decent parking outside the store. It’s Kohl’s… there is always a sale and deals and deals on top of deals. It’s pretty awesome.
The Bayshore store is clean and I can get in and out quickly if I need to. The size of the store is perfect — it isn’t too big and the layout is well organized.
I feel I have always received decent to very good customer service at this location. Those moments when I’m feeling confused, there seems to be an associate who appears asking if I need help.
There has recently been a never-​ending cycle of Kohl’s Cash. It’s one of the best marketing plans I have ever heard of… and guess what, it keeps me coming back. It works. I can’t wait until Thursday when I can spend my Kohl’s Cash!!!

Poor customer service especially by management staff!!! I would have to agree after my recent experience
I use to enjoy shopping at Kohl’s Bayshore Mall. I normally only go there for certain things as I do most of my real shopping at other stores. On a recent visit to Kohl’s Bayshore, I asked a store associate to compare two prices; one if I were to return an item and the other if I were to purchase a 2nd item instead. In doing so, she processed the return in error instead of just a price check and had to call a manager to over ride this transaction. I mentioned that my card should not have been charged to this Assistant Store Manager Rick B (he had a southern accent) he then started scolding & threatening me in front of about three customers in line all because his associate put through the transaction and he had to correct it. I couldn’t believe how he went off about this, he also revealed some personal information about me during his outburst (with customers waiting in line) which was a breach of privacy. I realize people have bad days but this was totally ridiculous and really horrible customer service and I’m sure the customers in line thought so too.

I bought a Kitchen Aid mixer in Oct. I had many questions and a young man spent 45 minutes with me getting answers to my questions. He was very helpful, polite and attentive. He even carried it out to my car

I’m glad to see I’m not alone. This, by far, is the worst Kohl’s I’ve ever been to, and I base it on one bad experience, is enough to ruin it for me. The last and final time I was here, i had an awful experience. I went to the jewelry section and picked out some earrings. The jeweler skipped me, to serve a woman, terrible costumer service, there’s no excuse for it. All the other Kohl’s I’ve ever been to where I’ve been back many times, I’ve never experienced anything as bad. Kohl’s needs to do a better job of training their employees.

Clean. Big. Organized.
Useless. Their handy electronic pricing is great until you select an item you want and cannot find the price. Ask for help? «You can scan that yourself over there.»
Need a rug without a leaf design or pumpkins? Tough. Want napkins that are all cotton? Nope. How about almost anything that is not seasonal or overwrought with pattern. Much of what Kohls carries is not inexpensive, it is cheap.
Big is fine, if selection is really good. Clean is good, period. Organized is helpful, too, as long as associates are doing stuff besides stocking and hanging merchandize — stuff like helping customers, not just pointing to a scanner.

I could not find a sales associate anywhere except for at the cash register. Employees were wearing street clothes with minimal identification making them hard to spot in the store and did not reach out to help customers. Waited in line to get help, and then continued to wait at the department section for a sales associate to unlock an electronic item.
Returned a few weeks later to return the item and was given store credit automatically, despite having the receipt and purchasing on a credit card. Sales associate apologized and called the manager. The manager showed up and said there was nothing she could do. I asked if she could find out the reason and she refused. I asked for the number to Kohls Corporate where I was able to talk to a customer service agent who said I should be receiving full refund to my credit card. I passed my cell phone to the employee who was able to re-​ring it up as a full return. No help from the manager, rude, terse responses. Will not be returning.

I’ve been coming here since the early 1990’s and while we do find many bargains thanks to Kohl’s many credit card bonus offerings and non-​stop sales, the selections
seem to get «stale» month after month. especially this past year.
The variety does not seem to change for the better or even at all in many departments. After all, variety is «the spice of life.» Then it seems you can’t find any help when you need it.
I must admit we’ve saved thousands of dollars over the decades and enjoyed
everything from clothes and shoes to deck furniture and picture frames. When in doubt, we come to Kohls!

I usually have a good experience with Kohl’s. I can usually get in and out in a matter of minutes after finding what I need.
This store… was a god damn disaster. I went in looking for a pair of shoes and the shoe department looked like a bomb went off. None of the shoes that were on display, were able to be found below them like any other place would have them. And nothing was organized by size either. It was probably the most frustrating shopping experience of my life. No one around willing to help either.

So, here’s the thing about Kohl’s — I never expect to find anything good. It seems like a store that caters specifically to people who are either 15 or 50 years old. That said, I often find myself pleasantly surprised by the offerings here. Sometimes I leave defeated without having bought a single thing, but occasionally I’ll strike gold and find clothes that end up being some of my absolute favorites. This is a store where every Saturday is a Super Saturday, where you can sometimes find really cute shirts for a mere $ 4, and where you never have to limit the number of pieces you bring into the dressing room (which is usually full of clothes that other people have rudely left behind). How can you say no to that? It’s true, most of the jeans either look like they’re made for moms or won’t quite cover your rear, but sometimes there’s a lone gem waiting just for you.

I like the size of this store. It doesn’t seem cramped, and there’s a good selection. They almost always have what I’m looking for in a size that fits. I’ve done returns here and had no problem. Parking can be a pain in the butt, but if you’re in the area its a decent store.

This store has a good selection and really decent prices. It always seems like they are having sales. Parking can get a little tricky on weekends, but they have a rather large lot and I don’t have too much trouble finding a spot most of the time.
