I had a great experience working with Jobe, Yvonne, Antonio and her whole team. Made my first experience buying a home very simple and painless. They are on top of things and always gracious and helpful.

I cannot give enough stars to come close to the fantastic service we received from Jobe & her entire team! After finding a home we would like to purchase on Dec. 26 (while most offices are on holiday break) Jobe jumped right in and we entered escrow on Dec. 28. Less than 30 days later we are funded & moving in to our new home! We will never use anyone other than Jobe and her team for any future purchases as this was the easiest home purchase ever! They are the absolute best!

Jobe and her team are AMAZING!!! Through out the whole process of getting our mortgage loan they were super helpfully and very quick to responds I mean within minutes. Any question or concern I had they were very knowledgable and if they thought you weren’t sure they would call just to explain it better over the phone. Everything went so smooth I highly recommend this company and Jobe/​her team if you are looking a loan.

Buying a home is a very exciting and wonderful experience. However in light of all the economic changes in our country the financial world of home loans has as we know it been greatly impacted. I’ll begin with a kudos to Jobe and her team as echoed by other reviews.
For most of us that enter the realm of home ownership; we know that one of the most intimidating experiences of the entire process is finding the right people to trust. We learn that there are many loan programs and companies that are very competitive when they are looking to have you sign for your loan through their lenders.
The thing that gets lost is us. The buyer. And our anxiety heightens because of our lack of understanding; mostly because we don’t do this every day.
Now that I got that out of the way… My experience with Jobe and Anthony is what set them apart from any others in their industry; and I’ve owned a few homes over the past 10 years or so. This was the first for my wife. I mention these last 2 points because Jobe and Anthony’s ability to explain our options to us in a way that we could both understand in our own way. It was NEVER a situation of pressure, but always that of a friend looking to find a way to get the best program that worked for our family. We financed our home with Jobe and didn’t think twice to do our refinance with her also. It’s like working with family. Anthony seems to never have a bad day and is always available to answer any question or find the answer, in the rare event he didn’t know (I ask a lot of questions). Jobe returns calls as she promises, which was very important for us.

Jobe, and her team, are fantastic. They jumped into a deal we were working on that was going sideways, solved a bunch of problems, gave us a couple of options to help us make the deal work, and basically went beyond all expectations we have of a lender to find a way to make the deal work for everyone.
