Jewel City Bowl

We went to a 5^th birthday party here and it was fantastic. The party coordinator, Jay Jay, was constantly in motion making sure everything was running like clockwork, and she was great with the kids. They have kids’ parties wear color coded leis so everybody stays with their group. The food (pizza) was fine, the vibe was fun, and the kids had a great time. Great venue!

My friends and I have recently taken up bowling as a hobby and we love this place. They offer a lots of specials for games, especially 2 for 1 on Friday nights (after 9pm I think?).
The bar is pretty big and they have some great bar food, big portions. The only reason there isn’t 5 stars is because we always have to wait and it’s typically for longer than our estimated wait time given by the staff. That being said, the staff is super friendly and the reason they have such a long wait is because it’s a great spot.
Free parking around back during at night (haven’t been here in the day time).

Hole-​in-​the-​wall and AMAZING bowling alley! Had so much fun here on my bday after my husband forgot his ID and we were kicked out of the shithole karaōke dive bar across the street. We had a group of 10 and waited maybe 20 min. Neon bowling with top 40s and French fries. Win win win!!!

Came here with my two year old daughter early Saturday afternoon. We had a great time. The service was great and The guy gave me a discount for my daughters shoes rental. I will be coming back here for more dates with my little one.

I generally had a good time at this bowling alley last night.
On the plus side, it has good, well oiled lanes, ample parking, a very friendly staff (which I find uncommon in bowling alleys), and food that is above average for a bowling alley.
However, there were two negatives that were annoying. Last night, they had some kind of social media DJ who continually (and very loudly) promoted the place and relentlessly hollered to everyone about posting pictures, Unilocal reviews, and Twitter posts. The dj was pretty aggressive about it too, down to endless reminders to spell «Jewel City Bowl» and not «Jewel City Bowling» to find it on Unilocal.Our whole group laughed at first, but after an hour, we found the whole thing quite bizarre, annoying and very much a buzzkill. It was also kind of sad. The bartender also charged me 50 cents for a cup of tap water. (Actually, the water was free, the cup was 50 cents).
If you can tolerate someone practically begging for a review (not sure if it’s a common thing), you’ll have a good time here. Again, the staff aims to please and they maintain the facility well. Good place for a party, just skip the dj.

Love it here at jewel city!!! Great atmosphere great food and beer!!! You think your going to stop by just for bowling… You are so wrong. Your going to get pizza, wings, beer and more beer. Awesome music always playing and then we got a pool table too.

Having such a great time! Great for big groups and even more fun since they have giveaways this Saturday. Boyfriend just won a Vegas trip. Great music and great drinks. I’m terrible at bowling and I am a till having the time of my life.

I had my birthday here a few years ago and this place is always fun and loud! I really like it here at night cause of the neon lights and pretty good music. My friend hosted his birthday here tonight and it brings back so much memories. Definitely a lot better than Shatto lanes.

We love Jewel City Bowl! Came here last week for my birthday, this week for another birthday. Always fun, always great hosts and staff. Great beers on tap and music !

Jewel City Bowl is always fun, even while you wait for a lane there’s other stuff to keep you entertained, the bar, the arcade, and pool tables. & you can’t forget about the DJ playing good music.

Bowling alleys this good are rare. I was in the area so I decided to Unilocal something fun to do, I honestly haven’t been bowling in a very long time, but I surprised myself coming here. The outside of the place doesn’t have the biggest attraction that it is a bowling alley, but it’s very nice and kept tidy!
I came on a Sunday so there was a special for 2 games for 2 people = $ 18! That’s a great deal!
They even have waiters, so you can order drinks & food from your lane. $ 5 beers. Our waiter was super nice tooo!
Also, something that surprised me, they have kid friendly equipment. For example, for toddlers that want to play, they can too! just ask! They have a stool where the kids can just push the ball down this little slide looking thing, since it’s to heavy for them to throw.

Was here for a company team building event and everyone had a great time. The staff was very accommodating to all of our requests and the service was top notch.
We ordered the tailgate package with the hotdogs and hamburgers. Food came out on time and was pretty good for bowling food. The Happy hour drinks are cheap, I would come here just for that!
Everyone had such a good time we are planning another trip back.

Jewel City bowl. What can I say? Bowling has always been my all time favorite from childhood to college. Jewel City bowl has been around for as long as I can remember (90s?) and since then have remodeled it quite nicely.
The drinks at Jewel City bowl are great. You can also order whatever your heart desires along with their drink specials. The menu and food served is right on from their pizzas, burgers, veggie plate, and quesadilla dish. They have a large menu for a bowling alley and food quality is very decent.
The staff and service is awesome. They’re fast, attentive and work real hard to keep their customers happy.
The lanes are clean, well maintained and well lit. They recently put in new arcade games and they’re real cool! It’s family friendly and fun!

I come here all the time with my parents and it’s the absolute best bowling alley!!!
BOMB food being sold here, music is great, arcade has really cool games. All in all, an amazing bowling alley
