The service is great & so is the price. They replaced my broken iPhone 5 glass in ~10−15 minutes. I will be back if I ever break my phone again.

This place is awesome! It took less than 15 minutes for my phone to be done, and it’s easy to tell that this place does not use cheap Chinese parts from the quality of the glass. Called around to different repair shops in the area and found this specific spot to be the best in value. $ 85 flat to fix my cracked iPhone 6 screen. which wasn’t bad at all considering I also left with a free tempered glass protector on my phone! Note: They will go ahead and put the glass protector on for you so for those who are as anal retentive like I am, won’t have to worry about the hassle of putting it on so precisely. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the gentleman that helped me out today, but he offered great customer service so I will definitely be recommending this place to others.

I had these guys replace the screen on my iPhone for $ 100. They warranty it for one month, and a month and a half later I had a huge crack on my screen. I never dropped it, have had a good case on it the whole time, and the crack just appeared out of nowhere. As soon as I walk in and start explaining, the guy behind the counter interrupts me and says there’s nothing he can do. I tried explaining several times that what he was doing wasn’t right and he wasn’t even willing to hear me out. These guys are scammers, using cheap products and screwing over honest people. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that’s honest.
In addition the the businesses comment below, there was never an offer to replace or fix it, just a pointing finger stating that I was to blame for cracking my own screen and to just deal with it. I have never had a new phone crack on its own with a case on, this is a huge indicator that they are using cheap products (especially in under 2 months of use). Also, I only stated that the company would be given a review that was deserved based upon my experience. I never threatened anything, I just want good service along with the price I paid. If you bought a new car and the windshield broke a month later out of nowhere, you wouldn’t blame yourself for driving too fast right? Don’t let these guys bully you, the Apple Store is slightly more expensive, but worth the warranty and products used.

I received excellent service here! I can’t believe that I never came here before to get on my phone needs repaired, the guy that fixed my phone was very nice did everything that was need to have a perfectly running phone he ran diagnostics and fit my LCD screen perfectly into my phone I have no problem with my visit todayhopefully you will come in are paying a visit and have the same experiences I had!

Always on the lookout for a better bargain no matter the circumstance! This place is awesome, they were quick professional and beat my local Pasadena repair store by over $ 50.00.

Got my iPhone plus fixed, broken screen and LCD. Took about 15 – 20 minutes. While waiting, service was offered to me, at first some guy asked if I wanted coffee, then another one handed me a hot cup of tea. I’m giving it a 5 star because of how polite the men were in the store.
I’d give the repair a 4 out of 5. It’s very very clean but the print and images are just a bit darker than what the original is. I’m still very happy though. Thanks guys!

Super friendly and good service. I came in with a cracked iPhone 6 screen and he serviced me right away and only took about 15 mins. Total came to $ 85 and I got a free glass screen protector from the check in offer.

This is the kind of service I like. I called, was quoted a price, brought my phone in, had it repaired and paid for within 30 minutes. They didn’t try to sell me anything and I was free to go about my day. I called around and they were the most affordable repair shop, and the closest to me. If I were to need any other repairs I will definitely be back.

Was blown away by how helpful they were. I had my screen and lcd broken on iphone 6 and they fixed it in 15 minutes! They also charged me the half of what I could find anywhere else. I definitely recommend and suggest to come here to get a quote before going anywhere else.

Walked in on a whim and 14 minutes later my iPhone 6 screen was replaced. I also redeemed a $ 10off checkin deal. Pricing wasn’t too bad. They offer 30 day warranty in case something goes wrong. I’m very pleased with their service.

This place is very legit.
They fixed my iPhone in about 5 – 10 mins it was fast and great.

First off: You don’t get to call me because you didn’t like my review. That’s inappropriate. Second: Don’t toss around words like «slander», buddy. Not until you learn what they mean.

The store is right next to Zankou Chicken. Perfect opportunity to get a bite while waiting 20 – 30 minutes to get a phone repaired.

My MacBook Pro Retina display was beeping and wouldn’t turn on so my close friend suggested to come and get it fixed at Iplus. They had amazing customer service and they said they could fix it like no tomorrow. FOR CHEAP! I was so relieved to find out that my computer was fixed and I also even picked up a case as well!
