I was trying to get medical help from healthcare partners group for severe pain I was experiencing over the past few days. My primary physician referred me to their Glendale office. Their office told me they could not see me for 2 – 3 weeks. I got referrals to two other doctors in their network and neither would see me either until 2 – 3 weeks later. I don’t think a health care provider can refuse to see a patient in severe pain. I ended up seeing a doctor out of network and paying for it. This is not health care– it is refusal to provide health care and lack of care of people who need it.

Great customer service! Friendly receptionists too. My doctor is also good, very friendly and wants to do everything she can to help. I also love that they have an emergency center and the co-​pay is the same as it would be for a normal doctors visit.
