Best chiropractor I have been to! They work with your schedule and do not have any hidden fees. It’s awesome to walk in and have them know who you are. They ask if you found it okay and they even make conversation with you prior to and during your appointment. There is no alone time, Dr. Gorby spends the entire time with you and gets to know you as a person and your concerns. He doesn’t try to fix every issue at once, he picks the biggest issue and targets it. He won’t move to the next until he finishes with the initial concern.

Terrible service, Doctor is rude, secretary lazy. There is a reason why you can just walk into this place and be seen immediately with only 1 doctor on staff… Terrible customer experience and horrible business sense. I called for copies of my records as requested by my PCP and the doctor took the phone from his secretary and yelled at me for having his secretary on the phone for too long…(it was literally 3 minutes per my iPhone)…he then told me it would take 48 hours to get my records as they do not «drop everything» for patients. He also told me there was a charge for copies of my records. when I asked how much he yelled «I have no idea, I don’t know how many pages there are!!». He then guessed and said it would be $ 10 — $ 12 for copies of my records. If there is actually a bona fide charge then it would be as simple as quoting $ 0.50 per page, but he didn’t, he just threw a random number out to try and take even more money from his patient, Dr. Gorby is a scam artist that wants his customers to pay the cost of doing business for his failing practice.
