I came here to get some x-​rays for my chiropractor and I was seen within 15 minutes and the staff are very friendly.
The technician himself was very nice.
They also validate parking, which is always nice.
I felt very comfortable and was able to get out very quickly.

Great place. I was in and out in 30 minutes for a chest x-​ray without an appointment. Thanks to my doctor and Blue Cross for the instant approval and this place for being so efficient. Minimal paperwork too.

I have been trying to get my results for 5 days, I called several times no one answers and if they do answer they say its not the correct office or they transfer you to a voice mail. Some one in there other glendale office said she fax the results because they automatically fax to the DR but it was not true. Getting a mammogram is scary enough when you think you might have breast cancer, you shouldn’t have to deal with lazy people that can’t do there job correctly and fax results.
if you are stressing/​fearing that you might have something wrong, do yourself a favor a go else where you don’t need to deal with more stress trying to get your results.
I talked to Elizabeth, Ani, they both gave me attitude and couldn’t help me they said to go talk to Armen over on Central office cause they were not in charge (mmmm then go work somewhere else if you can’t do your job)

I got a call from Juan Carlos the day before my appointment telling me things were all set and that I should come in the next day. I take work off, get all the way over thinking I’m getting an MRI and the lady at the desk just stares at me blankly.
Why they would call and tell me to come in and then not have their crap together with the needed approval and paperwork is beyond me. Armen says, «Show us your phone log, we called you this morning.» Um, no you didn’t, Armen, and you know it. «Sorry we can’t do anything for you now, it will take a couple days.» Then they got huffy with me and tried to make it my fault. Classy. Finally Armen admitted he might have had the wrong number. Brilliant.
Absolutely unprofessional, completely unacceptable.
Run far far away… unless you can’t run because you need an MRI on your ankle… then hobble off to a better imaging center.

I came for my first mammogram, which was very weird by the way since no one warns you about that, however the staff was extremely prompt and competent and made my experience as pleasant as possible. I was seen very quickly, and the x-​ray technician was quick also. Overall it was the most organized medical appointment I have been to, and I really appreciated their efficiency and professionalism.

I walked in on Tuesday at 9 am to get Xrays done without an appointment, I was done in less than an hour. the office was clean and well put together, the girls in the front were friendly, prompt, and helpful. The technician was quick and professional. I know from previous experience that xray results often take 2 – 3 business days, I simply told Gabby in the front that I needed the results as soon as possible, she was great and without a question had the results faxed over to me an hour and half later. Definitely appreciated the great customer service, will return for future needs.

Worst customer service that any one can imagine. Long wait plus staff is not competent in what they do. Unfortunately our insurance refers patients to this imaging place, I wish we had a choice to go anywhere else except to Glendale diagnostic

The building has parking which they validate. However, the staff was verbally fighting among themselves in front of the patients, they couldn’t find the fax that my doctor sent… very unprofessional.

Awful service coupled with incompetent supervisors and lack of support staff. After running around to get my elderly parent to location they have audacity to advise that they do not have complete paperwork from insurance company. Not only that they lie about making contact especially disheartening. Awful avoid at all accounts — supervision does even make time to speak to it’s customers. And on top of that costs the tax payer more money!

I came here for an X-​ray on Monday @ 9am. X-​rays don’t require appointments, but other services (mammograms, ultrasounds, etc) might so call ahead and double check. There was an issue with my paperwork that my doctor sent in, incorrectly so I ended up waiting around longer then usual (my doctor’s fault). But this is what I observed while one of the three receptionist were helping me:
–Quick Turn Around. People I observed waited less then 5 mins and were out in less then 10. I saw 8 – 10 people come and go in 30mins.
–Customer Service: The front desk has good customer service and seems to multitask pretty well between answering the phone, helping a steady flow of clients walking in, and billing. Any of them seems to be able to help you when you walk in.
–Comfortable waiting room. Lots of seating, good variety of magazines, and a nice large tv with some kind of educational animal programming was on. Room was well ventilated and A/​C-​ed, a welcome relief from the heat wave outside.
–Underground Parking available: Enter via Windsor Rd. There’s a nice big sign that says «800 S Central Parking.» Entering, you press a button on the ticket machine to get a ticket and raise the arm. You can pay the parking attendant when you leave. BUT this place does VALIDATE 90 mins which is MORE THEN ENOUGH time. Make sure you get that ticket stamped by the receptionist before you leave otherwise it’s $ 2/​20minutes, $ 6 daily max (Cash only) without validation.
I like this place. I’ll update if it changes in future visits. :)

Needed some x-​rays done and the doc sent me here. You first check in on the first floor of the building and fill out some quick paperwork, then go upstairs for the actual hoopla. Office staff seemed friendly and prompt, the wait was minimal. The technician was a nice guy, but there was some trouble with the machine that delayed the process by ten ish minutes. Regardless, the service was quick, there was literally no wait (aside from technical difficulties), the waiting room has a tv for entertaining the bored, etc. A little better than A-​OK, 3.5 stars.

I went here today for the first time for my baseline mammogram. It’s always a crapshoot with my insurance company’s provider search from a customer service perspective. The office staff were prompt with my appointment and the technician was both efficient and considerate with the awkward procedure. A woman tried to sneak her son in without an appointment (1.5 hours before closing time on a Friday) and the receptionist was professional even after she lied about his finger surgery date. The waiting room was full of people with appointment so I was happy to see her turned away. The technician, an older Armenian woman, caught me off guard when she commented that I had done a much better job with my tattoo placement than her teen aged son. The best thing about this facility is that because my insurance company didn’t require a referral they will mail/​fax the radiologist’s report directly to me instead of going through a physician. I definitely will be back when the time rolls around for my next one.
