Flawless Beauty Lounge

I came here because of the positive reviews in Unilocal but I was very disappointed on my first visit. I had a gel manicure and 2 days after, the polish start chipping off. The flower design in my ring finger is not even. The left side has 4 and the right side has 5 flowers. They charge me every stone for a $ 1 which is ridiculous. My pedicure is horrible too. The entire nails is not even covered and didn’t even notice till I got home. 5 days after my toenails polish start chipping off. I even pay $ 5 extra because it was branded nail polish and they told me that it will last longer but it didn’t. Such a fake ad. Don’t be a fool with 5 stars reviews and a nice place. Your money is not even worth it. This would be my first and last visit here. I guess this place is not for everyone. BIG THUMBS DOWN AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Everytime i come everyone is so sweet, especially the owner. The décor is nice and the seats and pedi seats are so comfy, no matter what color i want they make it work even mixing colors for me to get the desired look which is the best, i love ani for my acrylics im very picky on how i get my nails done and she never disappoints! (: Took a picture of my recent acrylics both done with Christian Louboutin nail polish which are the best they last and dont chip for 3+ weeks

I really like the décor and feel of this salon. I only do gel nail polishes, so the selection is always super wide here. When you walk in the receptionist Lucy always helps me picks colors out without me asking. A gel manicure is 25; that’s about 5 more dollars than the cheap places. To me it’s worth it, they autoclave their tools and open the packages in front of you which I love, very clean. The ladies that do nails don’t really speak English well which is why they can be quiet sometimes. Make an appointment for sure! The receptionist told me they don’t really make time for walk ins.

I have been coming here for a few months now and have been provided with great service! Lucy the owner is so wonderful and helps out a lot. Ani does my full sets, fills, and gel manicures. She is just great her work is amazing! I always look forward to my two week appointments with her. I always get compliments on my nails. The other staff members are very sweet as well. The salon itself is very clean and set up beautifully. I’ve never had a bad experience and will definitely continue to be a regular!

I regularly have been coming here for the past 2 – 3 months and I love it! Ani always does my full sets/​fills, she is beyond amazing! I look forward to my appointments with her every time. I came here for a pedi and the lady was pretty good. A downfall was that she hardly scrubbed my feet and even when I told her to scrub more and harder she barely did.
The décor is beautiful and they have a big selection of nail polish. It’s funny to me that they carry so many louboutin polishes yet their essie and opi are very old watered down colors.
Overall I had a decent experience and I might be go back just because of how close it is to my home.

Pros: Beautiful décor, clean, nice selection of higher end nail polish, take their time.
Cons: Painful acrylic application, didn’t start on time even with an appointment, no effort to have a conversation with you, no AC and they ask you to give a 5 star rating for $ 5 off.
I had Maral (sp?). She was nice, but barely said two words to me and continued to file my cuticles even after noticing that I was in pain. My cuticles and sides of my nails are so raw that the nails actually hurt.

Found This place during my lunch break. Randomly walked in needing a full set and Pedicure… Loved it. Been going since then ! Thanks for the amazing service and great job ladies!

Appointments have been easy and pleasant.
You really can’t beat Koreatown’s nail shops for their high standard of clean work by perfectionist technicians. They are truly masters in nail art. However, for simple polish, I don’t want to have to make the drive to ktown. I’ve tried several shops in Glendale with many misses but after combining the score in price, ambience, and quality of work, Flawless is superior in the vicinity of Glendale.
We all need a little pampering. Besides, a little color makes the day a bit brighter :)

Forever sold on Gel Manicures! Dries faster, doesn’t chip, doesn’t lose luster after a few days and it will still look the same in a few weeks! This place did it and a regular pedicure for $ 40 total which is unheard of in the Bay Area! Plus their décor was so chic! I just walked in as it was near the hotel we were staying at and they were able to help me out right then and there, girl at the front was helpful in picking the colors.

Came here for a last minute full set and pedi everything was great. Lin took great care of me & Lucy made sure everything was perfect! New favorite place. Love Flawless Beauty Lounge!

I’ve been coming here for a couple of months and Lynn is awesome with both gel and regular manis. Cute place too. I make appointments for my lunch hour, no wait and done within an hour!
Unlike most nail salons, you can pay and tip using your credit card!

Better late than never. Got my nails done at this pretty salon a little while back and I was very happy with the nail tech and with the results. They did a great job and my nails lasted for quiet a while. Definitely a place I would come back to when needed.

with all the good reviews here for this establishment I expected it to be a lil better. I had made an appointment and got there 30 minutes before my scheduled time. I wasn’t seen for another 15 – 20 minutes after my scheduled time had passed. I felt like the lady was rushing to do my fill and the paint job was horrible. It hasn’t even been a full two weeks and my top coat is all peeled off and my nails are chipping. probably wouldn’t come back here.

So Friday I wanted to go to my usual nail salon to get my new acrylic set but they were all booked in the morning. I have flawless beauty lounge on Instagram and they seem to do a pretty great job so I thought I’d give it a try since the availability I needed was open. It was my first time there and they were so kind. They dont seem to have many workers on the floor but we didn’t have to wait long either. By the time I actually picked out a color I still wasn’t sure to go with that color. Lol the girls were kind enough to be patient and help me pick out the right one!
Once getting started, Ani was the one helping me out. Great person to conversate with. She is very funny and does an AMAAAAZING job.
She kept having me be honest with her if their was something I did not like, but nothing was wron with the nails. Normally when I get my nails done something has to go wrong. Not this time. I was so satisfied I will come back to Ani and the salon itself regularly!

What a great experience! I called in at 5:45 to see is they can take 2 manicure pedicure and they graciously said yes to be there by 6 (they close at 7)
When we arrived were were immediately got to work. Maryam began working on my nails, she was very sweet, NO UPSELLING which was a relief. She was extremely thorough doing my cuticles, (I can honestly say I have never had my cuticles as clean as this before) Great job! My pedicure was done by Maral, she was also very sweet, professional, thorough, and overall great! I look forward to returning! Thank you!

Love this place! I have been a regular here for almost a year now and I’ve never been disappointed. The salon is very sanitary, no complaints there. In addition to that, they’ve recently remodeled the place, and it looks very chic, similar to Laque.
My nail technician Ani is so creative with all of the designs, always striving to learn new techniques. I come prepared with picked out designs and I have always been happy with the outcome. I would really recommend her, as in my 7 years in LA, I haven’t found anyone even nearly as good! As long as she works at Flawless, I will be coming here, because after all, it’s all about the technician
