Elements Massage

I used a Groupon and after my massage they sold me a four month «Special» deal where I would be charged each month for a total of the four months. Well, after the four months passed, they continued to charge me and did this for 3 extra months. They refused to refund me and never even responded back to a complaint by the Better Business Bureau. They are more interested in getting your money up front than keeping a customer. NEVER USE THEM except with a Groupon.

We had a Couples Massage and i had Gary. He is awesome. I will definetly Request him again. Im sorry we forgot to Tip :(

I don’t typically write reviews for adventures that aren’t food related, but my massage from this particular Elements location was so magical I had to share.
DESTINY was a miracle worker and has the hands of an angel. My upper back is full of knots and gnarled like a sewer rats claws, and she worked through them with patience and diligence. I would go back here without hesitation. Friendly, attentive, clean, and welcoming. Two thumbs up.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had. Nathaniel is phenomenal ! I signed up for the wellness program, and looking forward to using it.

The staff is very friendly. The facilities are clean and they get you back at your appointment time. I highly recommend the deep tissue with Krystal!

I purchased the Groupon and then signed up for the Wellness Plan. I have had 2 massages so far and they have both been exactly what I needed! The therapist, Joseph, is fantastic!

Use the Groupon, DON’T sign up for their Wellness Program! If you purchase a Groupon, they will try and cross sell you their Wellness program as if you’re getting a deal… you’re not. The woman at the front desk told me that there were no fees, and that you can cancel at anytime with no stipulations. This is not true.
I called in to cancel because I am relocating to another state, they told me it was not possible because 30 days is needed. I asked if I should cancel my card, the lady threatened me as if they would take action on me. Really? After speaking with the manager, she was so kind to waive the last month commitment of this no commitment program. Gee, thanks! To top it all off, they charge me $ 60 for the $ 45 Groupon. Talk about deceptive and misleading.

My boyfriend and I were really looking forward to our one hour massages since we get them quite frequently. Unfortunately our actual therapist at a different spa was fully booked, we had to look elsewhere. We came here and the massages were mediocre and lacked skills. I have been doing massage for almost four years now and the therapist seemed right out of school. Advice request for an intermediate therapist. Someone with experience.

The worst customer service I think I’ve ever had and I’m pretty easy going, I’ve never even written a negative review. I called to purchase a Mother’s Day massage for my wife and her friend, they told me that there were times opened so I bought them. After she tells me they don’t have 2 massages open at the same time so she would try to make it work and call me. 6 phone calls later I call cancel one so my wife can just go and she tells me there all booked up. I told her numerous times what times we were looking for and they did nothing. If I ran my business like that I wouldn’t have one. Thanks elements

I am sorry to have to do this because the therapists at this location are fantastic. However, beware of getting their membership because you cannot get an appointment. If you can give a week’s notice or do not work on weekdays you may get lucky. However, for those of us that signed up for the wellness plan and come in when in pain, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment. I have called on a Thursday to get in any time Thursday afternoon-​Sunday and NOTHING is available. It has been like this for months with lots of excuses on how they are just so busy and getting more therapists, but nothing changes. So, not only is it a waste of money, but so much for wellness as you can just hold on to that pain or go pay somewhere else on top of your monthly elements fee.

Yesterday, I had the best massage of my life! I had a 55-​minute-​long session with Tazia. I had requested a deep massage, with special attention to my neck, shoulders and upper back – where my muscles are always tight. That’s exactly what I got. – and from my neck to the bottoms of my feet, I left feeling better than I have in months! Thank you, Tazia! You listened and cared about what I needed. I will return for another session with you soon!

The massage therapist was great but the management is horrible. I missed an appointment and they are charging 75%! I get it, no one want’s to lose time but it’s part of the business they choose to get into. Maybe ¹⁄₃ would be more appropriate. Then, watch out for the flaming hoops you have to jump through to cancel your membership! Just steer clear of this one.

I had a long, relaxing and therapeutic massage today in the couples room. The front staff is always friendly and the waiting room is calming.
The massage therapists are always very professional and caring. Today I mentioned to my masseuse that I have right muscles from work and after the wonderful massage she handed me a list of great stretches while sitting at work! I love this location!

Have been a loyal client for years. They’ve got it right. Great service. Wonderful teams.

PROS: I just had a massage with Candy who is amazing and possibly the most kind, courteous, professional and attentive massage therapist I’ve ever had. We talked about our lives, laughed and she made me feel SUPER comfortable, which above anything else, is key not only for me but in the massage industry I think. Great pressure and balance, I would highly recommend her!
CONS: I really wanted to try the Hot Stone upgrade but unfortunately they don’t tell you anywhere that it takes 2hrs for the stones to heat up so make sure you mention that ahead of time :(

Great massages!

I never had a massage before. And let me tell you it was epic. My boyfriend and I went and we got the deep tissue massage. We are going to go to sleep now and sleep awesome. I would try it if you have never been.
Plus everyone that works there is super sweet and they even give you tips to do at home .love it!

I just had my third massage at Elements. I could not be more satisfied. Natasha was my therapist and she was wonderful. I was very sore in my hamstrings and glutes, she paid extra attention to those areas and even did some acupressure work for me. I’ve already booked my next appointment with her. The entire staff is friendly and courteous, greeting me by name when I walk through the door. The environment is nice and relaxing as well.

Dr. Martin Luther King said, «Not everybody can be famous but everybody can be great, because greatness is determined by service.» The therapists at Elements in Glendale are living this philosophy: achieving greatness through service. There is not effusive enough praise, glowing enough recommendation, or a metaphor profound enough to describe the level of fundamental transformation and relaxation I’ve gone through by visiting this center. I’ve worked with Maggie exclusively, simply because there’s no reason I would ever try anyone after having someone with such sophisticated knowledge, such pure talent, and such a kind spirit work with me. I have visited many, many massage therapy centers, and I am overwhelmed by the ambiance of the interior, the amazingly lovely and approachable staff, and the otherworldly talent of my therapist, Maggie.
I think the membership options are an awesome option for those who decided that they’d like to live the transcendent life and go here more than once. And, one of the best things about the center as a business: the staff are really there to find out what they can do to help you, not to upsell you on some other service or product. For as long as I live in the Valley, I’ll be a staunch supporter, recommender, and client of Elements.
