This review is way past due! I was recording an album and brought my kit to Ross to dial it all in. I am grateful that I live where I live to have a legend like him work on my kit! He truly is the drum doctor. He was super helpful with everything, insanely knowledgable. His collection of everything drums in the warehouse I was blown away by which also led me to rent some cool cymbals from him as well.
The amount of epic albums he’s been a part of prove why he’s #1.
I’ll definitely be back to him again whenever I need it!

I came across the Drum Doctors because my regular drum techs at Drum City closed their shop. Ross is truly THE Drum Doctor. I had a DW Collector’s snare that Ross worked on. Hands down the best sounding this snare has ever been. I highly recommend anyone who needs any drum repair work done.
Ross’ workplace is also a drum museum and he is a walking history book of drums. Truly drummer’s heaven!!! HIghest possible recommendation.

I sold a set of drums to Ross and shipped them from the Midwest. He shorted me on the shipping. He acknowledged the debt and for two months promised he would pay but never did. Not what I would have expected given the positive reviews.
By way of update, I received a check from Ross or the balance owed so I am upgrading my rating.

Ross is THE MAN!
He put legs on my 2 floor toms, installed a tom bracket on my kick, and then cut down my 12×10 to a 12×8, and reinstalled all the lugs. Total pro, and I’d go back in a second. Plus, his warehouse if the stuff that drummers’ dreams are made of. I didn’t want to leave. Thanks Ross!
