Interesting shop. The staff was friendly and they have some nice statues and figures. Mostly current issues but made a good recommendation for another shop for back issues. Lots of trade paperbacks and hardcovers plus shirts and knick knacks.

Here for free comic book day, of course bought some shirts because I’m not just about free comics, but supporting local businesses! Had a great time, people are friendly! They even had storm troopers and a jawa walking about.

It just… :sighs: The place needs help. The comics that I did end up buying(after an endless, tedious, and frustrating dig) were only new issues and a couple of them had a bent corner. The only reason why I kept it was because it was the only issue on the shelf. And the shelf! The comics are on two walls(on the right and on the back wall upon walking in) spread out like Jeff said: a deck of playing cards. This makes it extremely difficult to find what you need. There are no markers between different comics. It is just in alphabetical order, which helps slightly but not enough. Why have a comic book store if you have no back issues? Why, if you don’t seem to want to take care of the comics? Definitely not happy with this store!

Staff was very friendly, store looked great, clean and modern. But like Jake V and David B said, something is lacking. At first glance I thought I would be in this place for hours. But the half of the store that had current issues was completely unusable. The comics were spread like a deck of cards that had been pushed over; all overlapping, and shuffled together, with only the first inch or so of the spine showing. VERY difficult, if not impossible, to navigate. Also, no back issue bins or back issue stock period says, to me, this store is more for the casual comics fan, relying on walk in traffic rather than a dedicated customer base. On the plus side, they do have a small but diverse trade section, lots of goodies that aren’t just the popular trades of the minute. And toys; lots of toys and merch. Over all a very nice store. A place I would send my wife to get me stocking stuffers for the holidays, or I would check out if the B&N down the road didn’t have the trade I was looking for. Great for a casual fan, or someone that just got out of a comic book movie and wants to know more. But the lack of back issues and major problems with the current issue wall keep it from being a go to shop for me.

This place seems very nice, clean, and trendy. They have one side dedicated to toys and the other to comics. I was greeted as I came in which was nice. I was looking for specific comic books and quickly realized that the comic book section could use some help. Seriously someone help them! All comic books are on top of one another, you can’t see the covers or the titles. They are in alphabetic order but no other organization is provided at all. The books aren’t bagged nor boarded, so there is a significant chance they are not mint or near mint condition.

This store should be a lot more successful considering its location next to a Toys’R’us. Upon entry, customers will find the store very clean and well kept. The walls are littered with lots of cool displays, large TVs(frequently playing movies), posters and action figures. The prices seem fair compared to other local stores, but something is lacking… Many of the toys and displays seen at this place are stuff that people would look at but never really buy for themselves. The comic selection consists of a basic six month wall with zero backstock. The supplies are of average assortment. Behind the counter you might find some variants and other semi-rare comics. Customer service is decent but not overly friendly. I never see anyone buy anything at this store when I go there. I even went to this place on free comic book day and the crowd just seemed to have less people there than other stores. The best way I can describe this place is an overly glamorous version of Samurai Comics… it looks«epic» but screams average to hardcore comic fans.
