Cutting Edge Curbing Sand and Rock

This place has so much beautiful stuff. I have been here at least a dozen times and every time they are extremely helpful. If you want to see what customer service looks like, visit the folks at Cutting Edge Curbing. Mercedes is pleasant and was very patient with all of my questions. The price was right in line with what I expected. I will be sending all of my neighbors here too!

Just horrible product and experience. Was quoted a different price and charged higher when the truck was already loaded. In total we bought over 18 tons (30 – 40 tons more wroth were going to come their way, but they have lost our business). Never had i seen gravel/​decoration rock with so much sand. After washing my small area with high pressure water there was so much mud left behind. They do not SCREEN their rock as they say, especially their 1 inch. Save yourself time and hassle and go 1 more mile down the street to Bedrock. They are $ 5-​$ 8 cheaper per ton.

Rude and disrespectful driver. Cuts people off in traffic with no care of rocks hitting people’s cars. Truck was not cleaned after a job obviously or not covered properly. No pride in work when delivering so can imagine the work they do must be the same.

I have used these guys over the years several times for curbing and now they have granite and other supplies for landscapers and residential homeowners. Their sales guy is great and always stops by my office to give me a Christmas gift which is nice too. Their prices are fair and they have good customer service. Not sure why the one star but I guess you cant make everyone happy.

They do not reinforce the curbing, they walk into your backyard at 6am unannounced and almost get shot. They rip up your stake markers for other projects. No one speaks understandable English. There contact at the office had an excuse for everything. Glad we kicked them to the curb before the project was completed. If you want to waste your time and money use these guys! Otherwise find a good company.

When I placed an order for 12 tons of gravel, I wasn’t sure if I wanted 1″ or ½″. I ordered 1″ and asked if I could call to change the size. I was told I could. I called less than 2 hours later and was told «no worries» it would be changed.
They delivered 10 tons of 1″. I agreed to keep it, but ask that the other two tons be ½″. They delivered ½″ filled with dirt. I wish I could add a photo of the two piles; it looked like 2 very different colors, but it was the same, just with a lot of dirt. The guy who spread the gravel, who had recommended Cutting Edge to me, said I had been cheated, and that sometimes he was picking up dirt with just a few pebbles in it. I called and asked for 3 more tons to complete the front of the house. (I wouldn’t have needed 3 more tons if the order had been correct.) I would pay for the gravel, but asked if they would wave the delivery charge because of this. (I live 7 minutes from them.) They said they would reduce the delivery charge from $ 45 to $ 25.00
Their product was sub par, and their attitude showed great indifference. They may be fine if all runs smoothly, but if you have a problem, don’t expect any satisfaction.
I bought the remaining 3 tons from another company.

I stopped by their yard to see if they had a certain type of gravel I was looking for. They had a ton of stone and gravel to choose from. They helped me pick out the right kind of cover and gave me some great landscaping tips. I even had them come to my home and install some curbing to provide a border between my lawn and gravel. Their prices are great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner even helped me out directly. I definitely recommend these guys!
