We were in a pinch on a Sunday afternoon. The filter system on our pool was making some bad noises, and stopped working properly. I called a few people telling them the situation that we were concerned the system was broken and wasn’t shutting down. Most of them didn’t want to help, but Josh said no problem and came right over ! In a matter of minutes he was able to break down the issue and take us through the entire setup. He is extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Classic Pool & Spa to anyone looking for regular service.

Josh is friendly, responsive, and very helpful in giving us an honest assessment about our pool. Josh was willing to go the extra mile to service the pool, and kept me in the loop of his visits. (I work for a company that owns the property) He was also even able to send an email with picture updates, and also follow up with a brief write up of his recommendations. I highly recommend him for service! I’ve been looking for a good person to service our pool around Burbank. None were willing to work hard and meet the need of our company/​clients as Josh has!

Josh is amazing, he came and checked out our light, filter, and overall pool quality for no charge. When he came back with the pieces he needed, he was professional, nice, and efficient. We will definitely be calling him for any future pool needs.

The service is phenomenal! We had purchased our home in the summer and couldn’t wait to use the pool. Unfortunately, it took over a month for escrow to close on the home and the pool had gone from blue to green in the meantime, Joshua Luna came over and within a few treatments turned our pool from a disgusting swamp to a crystal clear oasis! He was fast, affordable, and very friendly! I highly recommend Classic Pool & Spa!
