This is a very good, friendly, family owned business! Whenever I’m in Arizona I use them & they do a great job. I asked the owner about the reviews I saw here & why people were writing those things,(since my experience here has been so good), and he explained that peoples sometimes leave out important information. He said that the man with the lost pants had no receipt at all & they still searched the whole store for him anyway,(and nothing was found). He told me that they never answer calls when there are customers at the counter to be helped,(that must be true, since they never have when I was there). He said that customer had actually arrived at 7:10, and he had yelled & shook the door, scaring his counter staff,(I would not have answered the door either! No business should answer the doors after hours). I was totally happy with their explanations & will definitely continue to use them whenever I’m in town.

We have been taking our clothes to Centurion for a couple of years only because they are reasonably priced. However, the service has never been up to par. Fortunately, I am now discontinuing service with them because not only did they(the owner) lie to my husband about being able to fix and not double crease his work pants, they kept doing it over and over. The owner finally fessed up and said they have a certain machine setting that cannot be undone and basically too bad. Something he might want to bring up to customers who have to have clothes a specific way. He also talked negatively about my husbands job because of a bad experience he personally had years ago which had nothing of course to do with my husband. Not too smart or professional on the owners part to bad mouth your long time customers employer because of your personal issue. Anyway, they deserve zero stars in my opinion and the only items of clothing I would ever bring there are clothes you really do not care about. Its just cheap. Cheap in quality and service. You really do get what you pay for!

They lost my pants for two of my suits and refuse to reimburse me or replace what was lost. The owner repeatedly screened my phone calls to avoid speaking with me about the issue. He would never even let me get a word in during our first phone call and kept insisting that I had misplaced it. Now I have two, nicely tailored suit coats sitting in my closets without pants. Don’t use this company.

Omg, I got here at 701pm and begged the 2 kids that were counting their drawers to let me get my dry cleaning. I had 24 shirts over $ 60 worth but no girl just waved her hands and said sorry dude. In my opinion if you are running a dry cleaners, service has to be the 1 thing that differentiates you from the others. Get it together.

No need for me to be pretentious about my dry cleaning. These guys were cheap, efficient, and I had a job well done. My new go to dry cleaner. Remember though, cash upfront is the only form of payment they take.
