The owner of this franchise doesn’t like his customers. He wishes he had other customers. That’s why he has been nickel-and-diming, as well as inconveniencing, them. This Burger King has been a neighborhood hang-out for years: Retirees and kids stopping in after school, as well as the less fortunate in our neighborhood, the homeless folks who are nevertheless our neighbors because we see them every day. Coffee refills used to be unlimited, then went to .25 per refill, then one refill, period. If you want more coffee, you have to buy another cup. Hot water is .55(I was told we’re paying for the cup). Why? Because the old farts are taking up too much space in the dining room and they stay FOREVER! And all they buy is a cup of coffee! Well, old people aren’t stupid. They started to buy soda since refills are still unlimited. Water was removed from the soda machine so now you have to ask the staff(who are busy or simply ignoring you) for a cup of water. Why? Because some of the little brats that stop in after school were using the water cups for soda. The latest bunch of fun is trying to get into the restroom because they’ve been locked and you have to ask for a key. The key for the men’s room is attached to a huge padlock and the key to the ladies’ room is attached to a pasta server. What are we expected to do with that in there? If you’re disabled, you can just wet your pants. Most of us have had close calls since we spend a lot of time waiting for the employees to change into uniform when starting their shift or escaping into the bathroom to get away from all the undesirables waiting to order. You see, there is no employee restroom at this BK, so the customers can just wait for them. Why the padlocks and the pasta servers? I think they don’t want the homeless folks in there making a mess. Of course, they want their EBT but they can take their mess somewhere else. The staff might have to make an effort to actually clean something! I’m waiting for the pay toilets and the cover charges. You can sit at the table if you spend $ 10.00 or more. Then let’s talk about the rude and sullen people who work there who add insult to injury with their stinking attitudes. There’s a sign on the door that says«Nooooooo, don’t go!» It should say«GETOUT.» Make a sandwich and have a picnic in the park. You’ll be better off.

LOOKFORROACHES. Maritza and Michelle the managers play games with the customers. If you are not part of the«in crowd» don’t expect service. Also the place is crawling with ROACHES. when notified the manager Martiza, her answer«I know». Outside patio area is always sticky and floors are dirty and sticky. They don’t keep the inside tables clean either, sticky. LADIESBEWAREOFMALESTAFFENTERINGRESTROOMDURINGWHILE A LADYISUSINGTHEFACILITY. In addition, Miko the he/she will stand there and ask«excuse me mam are you done yet» The management plays games, some customers are parked in the booths all day over a cup of coffee while others come in and bring their own food(certain customers are allowed by management — if you’re bff with the manager Martisa and Michelle) The food is ordinary BK which you can get anywhere, but the staff needs a good kick in the behind, major attitude from almost all the staff with exception of a few good people.

Fuck this Burger King. They are literally incompetent here. I repeated my order twice before going to the pay window. I received my order and it was still not the correct item I ordered.

Honestly this place sucks. They can’t even trust you to get water on your own. They charge you for sauce packets now. And I went through the drive thru and they told me to go to the parking lot so I can get my food there? Weird. The guy didn’t even get me ketchup so I had to go in there and get it myself. Wasn’t even considered a drive thru anymore.

I’m not one to leave a review for burger king or fast food places. But I came here 2 times in 2 days for breakfast. I’m really impressed at the quality of food and the service was excellent. I don’t normally eat from BK but if they were all like this I would go more often! The sit down area seams to be remodeled it really looks nice with a TV to watch news. Very cool BK

Let’s start off with… I haven’t had a burger from burger king in like 5 years. Every time I would pick up food from here, I would always get the original chicken sandwich combo. So today I decide for the first time in forever to have a whopper. I stopped eating the whoppers because it doesn’t taste as good as it used to way back in the day. I was sick of always ordering the chicken sandwich so I decided to switch things up. I ordered a whopper with cheese combo today and ate it. Surprisingly it was delicious. An hour later I suffered the most horrific pain. As I was on my computer, I experienced the most insane sharp stomach pains ever. I have never had intense stomach pains before in my life. It felt like I was being stabbed. It was so bad I didn’t know what to do. I felt like a chick being on her period looking for Advil to stop the insane pain. At this moment, I went to use the bathroom, 30 mins goes by and nothing, finally with a little push I manage to release… fucking diarrhea out of my system. The pain stops as soon as I released the disgusting non digested polluted food out of me. I know this review is a bit vivid, but fuuuuuuuuuckkk I had to write something about this dirty ass BK. After this experience, I decided to NEVEREVEREVEREVEREVERRRRRRRR eat burger king ever again. Thanks for the diarrhea… it was hell.

I’m not a huge fan of Burger King or fast food in general, but I did go here a few weeks ago and I was really impressed with the cleanliness of this place. They also have free wifi and it had the appearance of a good hang out spot. The cashiers were also super nice.

Went here real quick to get a veggie burger. When I took a bite it was gross, hard and weird. It tasted like it was frozen for a year. I threw it out and ate my fries. At this BK, you can’t have it your way. Management sucked too.

The worst service at Burger king at 5:00 P.M. The manager lacks customer services skills. They do not greet the customer like they should. I was given the wrong salad when I informed them, all they did was made me wait longer and told me I would get a new salad. At the end they gave me the same salad with the chicken beyond burned. Completely rude staff at this time. Will no longer be going to Burger King.

this bk looks like it’s been remodeled inside. the counter girl’s attitude needs renovation as does the price board for their menu. how much for a breakfast sandwich? coke-friendly which is cool but i hate the 40-flavor/1-spout beverage dispensers. deal-breaker.

This is the best Burger King I’ve ever been to. The employees are nice, respectful, and do a good job, and the manager is polite and very professional. They get my order just right every single time. There is no need to worry about clutter or anything, as the store is kept clean and organized at all times. If you need to get a quick bite or have a nice place to stay and eat your food, this is the place to go.

I like the place its nice and renovated, but I do not like the workers there they barely know how to speak english. A couple of times they wanted to charge for dressing when they gave out free ones to their own race«Hispanics» I thought that was disrespectful. I will not be going here anymore.

Was pulling a late nighter at work and needed something to eat quick before. Ordered their chicken sandwich combo which came out to $ 6 and change. After getting to my office and taking a bite, I discovered that their chicken is processed… WTF. Are you kidding me, I paid more than $ 6 bucks for processed chicken that Jack in the Box sells for like 99 cents. Very disappointed at BK, in this day and age, where everyone knows about sleazy fast food tricks, you still go around serving processed chicken and have the audacity to charge $ 6 for it. I was already done with McDonald’s after the you-tube french fries experiment and now BK just went on the black list.

Been here a couple times, this is the best burger king I’ve been to that is close to home. For a fast food place, this one is actually not that bad. …the only bad thing is that there are only old people and armenians here.

Sometimes, one chooses one’s restaurant because of time, space and alignment. Thus it is with this charming little Burger King on Colorado Blvd in Glendale. I frequently drive my wife to her job in Eagle Rock from our home in the Equestrian area of Glendale. After dropping her off at school around 6:30am, I will frequently buy an LA. Times and drive a few miles back on Colorado Boulevard for an inexpensive but filling breakfast. Bear in mind that I am passing two MC Donald’s and several«legitimate» breakfast restaurants to reach«my» BK. Located at the corner of Colorado and Chevy Chase this delightful Burger King boasts ample parking and easy egress onto either major street after breakfast. However, the most charming things remain inside. A quick aside: I am a hip, ambulatory senior of 63 years who eschews anything«for the old folks» and who has one food fetish; I like my fries HOT, not kept on life support under a heat lamp. In addition, I prefer solitary reading of my newspaper to empty-headed chats with my peers. That said, this BK is my little corner of heaven. First, they offer a breakfast menu combo item I used to dream of during my college years: a Whopper with cheese, fries and a drink. Because I have worked every shift known to man through the years(even pulled midnight to six am for five solid years in a Florida radio station), I have very liberal views of what constitutes breakfast.(I used to have three Jack In The Box tacos for breakfast on my way to a 6am news shift with Dan Rather at KTRH in Houston in 1970.) But, I digress: Facts that are relevant: I like Whoppers any time of day. I prefer fresh hot fries. I am a loner and a reader. I love this BK because it is clean, open and not filled with goths, gangs and goofballs at 6:45am. In fact, the clientele, which remains remarkably consistent whenever I visit, is made up of the two older guys in the corner front window table and their friend in the first booth facing them, a chunky senior guy who sits at the table next to the door, a sleepy-eyed Asian man and a Samuel L. Jackson lookalike who sits up against the wall in a cramped table for one. In more than 20 visits with the same or similar crew, I have never had even one of them try to engage me in conversation. Thanks, God. Every day I visit, I am able to fling my newspaper onto the third booth from the front, order my remarkable«that’s what I want!» breakfast from the sweet, sincere Latino server and actually watch them dump a bag of fries into the cooker, safe in the knowledge that I am getting what I want at an hour convenient to me. Add to the eclectic breakfast menu, clean restrooms and free Splenda and you have my dream BK. Time to go there now. PS: Apparently the boss took Mike S and his review/warning seriously two years ago, for their service is excellent and the restaurant clean as can be.(The boss was apparently not put off by Mike’s postmodern attempt at humor in the spelling of «cleen.») Mike, if you are still at the one on San Fernando, it is safe to return.
