I’ve gone from 4 stars to 2.5 so I rounded up to 3. Sad to say I went to my amazing stylist back east over Christmas. I reached out to Bloom 7 times via IM and phone to try to get my color formula so my former stylist could use it. I was told they’d get back to me and never did. I sat on hold twice for over 10 mins and gave up. I will say my stylist whom I would trust with my life said the color was pretty good, I was more than disappointed to learn that my hair was an inch longer on one side in the back than the other. To make it even worse… I used to have an asymmetrical cut with the left being long so I could understand of left was longer but it was the right that was longer. I get that the stylist I went to prior to bloom could have contributed to this it at the very least I would have appreciated communication from the stylist trying to fix it. I may go back for color but after all the bad Arizona salon experiences I can’t say I’m comfortable with cut unless there is some explanation.

Clean, mostly friendly staff, and good look of the salon. But I’ve never been impressed with my cuts. I have long brown hair with layers, and every time I leave after a trim, I still have a ton of split ends… My only request is literally just a trim to get rid of split ends. So, I think I’ll try a different place. It seems they’re better at coloring than cutting all around. Not worth their prices. I’d rather pay $ 50 – 60 elsewhere where my split ends actually get trimmed.

Amazing experience! The girl at the front desk with the short red hair was polite. I wasnt greeted when I first walked in, but to me that isnt a huge deal.
My stylist was Kaila! I highly recommend her. I showed her photos of what I was looking for. Instead of just «going at it» and allowing me to ruin my hair, she explained my hair type and what would look/​work best for it. Im very glad I listened.
She trimmed me up, lightened the weight of my bangs, and gave me a beautiful sun kissed bayalage!
She was very down to Earth, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. On top of that she was more than happy to answer all of my questions I had.
She curled my hair with a wand at the end, which basically talked me into buying one! Its so hard to find a decent salon out here in AZ. And I have been scorned by Toni&Blech wayy too many times that I will never go back to them ever again.
Bloom, you make my heart sing. Please, for the love of all hair, dont ever let Kaila leave.

I had a great experience! I just moved to AZ and finally found a stylist I will stick with. Lauren is fantastic. Very personable and friendly, she really listens to you and explains everything she is going to do. No surprises. I really suggest her.

I was beyond happy with this salon and the stylist I was assigned. I had the best service throughout the entire salon everyone was so sweet. Ashley M was my stylist .At first she was all business making sure she knew exactly what I wanted to do with my hair. My description was slightly vague and unsure, with tons of pintrest photos of what I liked. She was able to find an example of what I was attempting to describe. The processes was great she kept conversation with me the whole time which made the appointment fly by. I walked in a brassy blonde mess with ridiculous outgrowth and not the (cute almost natural ombré) kind. I walked out with a beautiful cool tone blonde balayage. I’m from the east coast and come to Arizona quite a bit and without a doubt will be a repeat client of Ashley and this salon.

I love this salon! Was in need of some serious hair revision after having bad highlights done at another salon that came out very orange and brassy. I called bloom salon and they were able to fit me in right away. Kaila was very very helpful and got my hair to a very clean perfectly highlighted blonde. The salon is very clean and harnesses a very elegant feel. Highly recommend!

Loved Ashley M. — she is a sweetheart! After a few minutes I felt like I had known her a long time. I had a Groupon and had a choice of her and one other stylist. I didn’t know them, but to be honest I chose Ashley because I had read the other girl’s Unilocal reviews and they were mostly awful. I made the right choice! She was fun and friendly and really listened and understood what I wanted. I am very happy with my cut and I’ll be going back even without a Groupon.

Lauren is awesome! She is easy to talk to. She colored my hair exactly the way I wanted. She cut my hair beautifully. She gives an amazing shampoo! I have tried over a dozen hairstylist locally and she trumps them all.

I had the best experience. Scott Young is great he knew what he was talking about and gave me great pointers on managing my hair. I don’t trust many people with my hair. I hope to come back even though I’m traveling from the east valley. Thank you Scott for reviving my locks.

Beautiful salon, bad customer service ! I Got a group 49 dollars for hair cut. style full color ! Booked with the stylist Kayla. She would not accept request. I told her I need full color and she looked at my hair for a second and said because I had something on me so she needs to do more works that needs more money .the groupon I bought does not work ! I asked her just put the color on my hair as I don’t really mind a little different on my hair ! She would not do it ! She refused my request. i have never receive such a bad customer service like this at a hair salon ! Now I have to call groupon cancel the purchase go through hassle!!! What a waste as I’m driving from anthem and wasted my time and energy !! Won’t ever come back or even I do won’t ever book appointment with her! by the way my friend also got a hair cut with her, she also did not like it.
if you bought a deal from groupon better book with ashealy! Even I have never book with her But Ashely had better reviews !

Just Polished Nails by Ashley is at Bloom Salon. She is a true nail artist. I can show her anything on Pintrest and she can recreate it! The salon itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. The girls up front are always pleasant and helpful. I recommend Bloom to everyone but if you are looking for nails ask for Ashley!

I’ve been going to Amber R. for cuts and color for a little over a year. She listens to what I want and offers honest suggestions. She’s very skilled with longer hair and is great at getting the color you want if you show her a picture. Also, very nice lady.

Love what Kaila did to my hair. Coming from New York it is hard to find a good place that understands Puerto Rican hair… love the new me… price was great.

I get my hair cut by Shelby S. and in my 46 years she is the best stylist I’ve ever had. She gets me and my hair. I’ve been seeing her for over two years and have zero disapointing thibgs to say. Bloom Salon is fantastic too. Great receptionists, friendly staff. Clean shop and they offer many other services as well.

I found Bloom Salon through Groupon, got an awesome deal, $ 17.99 for hair cut and style. I made an appointment and they got me in the next day. Lauren was my stylist and she did an EXCELLENT job! The service included a scalp massage and she used Moroccan Oil products on my hair. The staff was friendly, made me feel welcome, and the salon was beautiful. My hair cut turned out exactly how I imagined it to be and feels so light & soft. I am so happy I found a hair stylist I really like near my house.

Gorgeous place, definitely feels comfortable. Lynda is GREAT. I’ve been going to her for a few years now and every time I do, I’m impressed. She’s willing to let clients go home and decide if anything needs to be different and is not upset if you go back to have it fixed! Super sweet and LISTENS to what you want. My high school-​aged brother is even willing to let her touch his precious hair. :)

I went to the salon for a updo for my graduation and Ashley Gramer was my stylist and she was Awesome! Very friends and professional I am for sure going black to see her again for any of my hair needs. The salon was clean, we’ll put to get together, the front desk girl was nice and friendly I would recommend this salon to any one very happy
