Awesome employees!!! We were in the new white barn section and the two employees, nicki and chrissy, were super friendly and helped us shop the whole time. Awesome place with two awesome employees!!! We will be back

I love bath and body. Whenever I go in I always buy over a $ 100 worth of stuff. I tried this store for the first time and it was horrible. They ignored the shit out of me the entire time. There was 2white ladies standing next to me, the black lady and the worker offered both of the bags and just walked away and completely ignored me! Worst one I’ve ever been to!

I wish there was an option to show how many negative stars I would give this store. I have visited this location and the location on Northern ave near the 101fwy this week. Both locations were poor customer service. We were not greeted or offered assistance at either location. While at the Northern Ave location, they would not take back my exchange. Although they let everyone else know they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. At the arrowhead location, they looked right passed us and asked the lady behind me in line if she was ready to check out, even though we were next. We also noticed the employees at both locations were Caucasian only. I am Hispanic and they were very helpful and greeted all the other Customers that were Caucasian. Extremely offended and disappointed. Nancy and Shawna at arrowhead were very unpleasant

My wife and I live by products from bath and body works.
Their candles are divine — love the fall season candles!
Usually far into the season prices get pretty low. Typical prices for example are $ 22 for a 3-​wick candle. We usually pay maximum 2 for $ 22 with an additional $ 10 of $ 30 or 2% off. Occasionally we have paid as low as $ 6 per candle.
We also love the foaming hand soaps and buy them 10+ at a time. They recently increased the price to 6 for $ 24, but they have occasional sales and $ 10 of $ 30 so we buy 12 at a time.
They have some nice other products like little hand sanitizers 5 for $ 5.

Smells like summer! I love Bath & Body Works, especially when they’re having a sale. The sales reps here are so friendly. They’ll help you without being overbearing!
They have fragrances for all different preferences, whether you’re shopping for yourself or a family member. I stopped by today because they were having their classics on sale and I was able to get one of my favorites, Pearberry!
