Got a gel manicure here on Jan 10 by Tina. Everyone else in the salon was laughing and having a good time and watching a football game but Tina acted like she hated her job. She rushed, wasn’t friendly, didn’t laugh, and my nails are chipping and cracking not even a week later. Not worth the $ 25. My friend goes here and likes Lee, I’ll obviously ask for her next time.

I really like Lee she is friendly and provides quick service that is thorough. She respects appointment times and does quality work! Thanks

The pros and cons–
Pro– very clean and sanitary
Con-​they aren’t very gentle. When they cut you with the tools and filing boards over and over its ridiculous.
Pro– lots of colors and designs
Con– when they screw up and you ask them to fix it they give an incredible amount of push back and attitude
Pro– lots of chairs
Con– not enough employees
Pro– great for basics
Con– if you want more than one single simple color expect to be here for a long while.
The only reason I am giving a single star is because of how clean they are. I tried this place YEARS ago when I first moved to Phoenix and had the same issues with my fingers on all the sides being sliced and butchered by the Dremel and filing boards. And then you get the joy of having alcohol and/​or acetone sprayed and poured on your open cuts. Can you say ouch?!
Today I came in for a simple gel color change on my tips. They soaked my nails too long in the acetone and my tips dissolved. When I brought it to their attention and told them I needed them to take these tips off and do an entire new set because they were deformed, sticky and so thin you could bend them like a wing up and down they put me in the corner, LITERALLY, made me wait 30 – 45 minutes and gave me a ridiculously hard time about it. And the entire time we’re talking in their native tongue obviously about me but and kept giving me dirty looks. We haven’t even talked price yet so I will update this review to let you know how much it will cost YOU for THEIR mistakes!

UPDATE
They finally fixed my nails as best they could with the slice and dice job done on my fingers. Luckily the owner and her husband understood and stayed well past closing to fix the mess. I’m thankful they fixed it, best as possible and didn’t charge me. I doubt I will go back ever again unless it’s the last salon on Earth.

Excellent service every time I go to this place. I have been going there for over a year and half now and I even took my mom and she said that they did an excellent job on her pedicure. Even if my family go to get theirs done at another place I will wait until I can come here. It is so nice to go in and they know you and know exactly what you want done. All the ladies there are very pleasant.
