Ask for Gregory he was so sweet and kind and Sooo patient with me since I was so indecisive

This is a wonderful place. All of the workers are warm, thoughtful and kind people. They carry Laticrete grouts and mortars which are much greener and less toxic options than most alternatives out there. Many of Laticrete’s products carry the Green Guard seal. On two occasions Valerie and Eduard special ordered some quick set for me and bent over backwards to accommodate me. Valerie even hand delivered grout for me one time from Glendale to South Pasadena because she knew I was not able to get down there myself at that time. Eduard was also very accommodating and thoughtful. For instance, he called around to other Laticrete dealers to see who in the area carried the product I needed in stock because he knew I had contractors on the job who had blocked out time for me when they ran out of it and it would be a while until they could get it in stock due to a backorder via Laticrete headquarters in L.A. Great place! Give them a try and you will be glad you did.
