I went to shopping there yesterday around 6oclock. there was two ladies stand at cashier just hangout there and talking.
and i had to say twice” excuse me” for them to notice me to help me out.
i wanna a bag is out in store but the lady says she can help me i was very happy about it and she told me the taxes is almost 4 dollars so i told her the taxes is expensive and i would like to thinking about it and come back。suddenly she was so rude and walked away.
I love shopping and at least once a week but would never come back to aldo store at arrowhead anymore.

Had to wait to be checked out, while one staff member was not doing anything, except staring at me with a gaping mouth. Not worth wasting your time.

No way am I coming back here! The shoes seem to be made poorly, but I haven’t actually kept a pair of shoes and I never will because I’m never coming back. I bought one pair because I thought they were cute, but quickly changed my mind so I returned them. Do you know how many people asked my WHY I’m returning them? In a very rude manner, literally all the people who were working there. Not only did it make me uncomfortable but they lost a customer because of it as well.

I really dig this store! great shoes, boots and shades… every pair of shoes I’ve bought here fits like a glove and looks great… cashiers are usually hotties too!

Cheap, cheap, cheap. While some of the shoes may be cute, they look cheap on closer inspection. The sales people seem more interested in texting or chatting on their cell phones or gossiping with one another. They are not friendly and don’t offer to help (at least on the 4 separate occasions when I have been there). Go visit for the cheap footwear but not for the customer service.
