I was promised orthotic shoes in 2 weeks. After 6 weeks, still no reply. Called and found out that the shoes are still not in, and no followup provided in a timely manner to the manufacturer until I demanded it be done. No phone followup with status of order.

The practitioners and staff here are amazing and so friendly! My doctor referred me to Active Life for a wrist brace, and I was hesitant to walk in without an appointment, but they were able to get me in that day! It was overall an amazing experience. Thank you so much for everything!
