NEVER have I been so shocked at how unprofessional and unsanitary a salon can be. DONOTCOMEHERE! The lady doing my shellac Mani pedi was attacking a bee the ENTIRETIME and didn’t even give me a proper pedicure. I’m appalled that they’re even still in business.

I got a Groupon for this place, went 45 minutes out of my way thinking this was going to be very relaxing and fantastic. Wrong. The massage chair sort of vibrated, not even giving me any feeling in my back, I had to literally push myself against it to feel something. The«whirlpool» was nothing more than a portable foot soaker, which they did not add water to fully, so I was constantly swishing my feet around trying to keep my ankles warm. The chair is in an awkward spot, so I couldn’t even watch the TV they had in the«waiting area». My massage lasted all of 5 minutes, both legs. There were no essential oils nor a face mask(as the ad promised). When it was time for my mani, it wasn’t even comfortable to watch TV from that position either. I love my colors, or else I would have asked for my money back. but I wish they had paid for my gas to get out there. I do not recommend unless you have nothing better to do with your day.

I purchased a «luxurious 75-minute champagne signature spa pedicure and 20-minute mini-manicure» for myself and my sister in law hoping we could go together and enjoy. Well, I would definitely not use the word luxurious to describe the experience. First, I could not book the services together as there is only one nail technician… this would have been nice to know before the purchase. Regardless, I made my appt and was looking forward 75 minutes of pampering, Instead I was greeted by a lackluster salon. I sat in a makeshift pedicure chair that included a task desk chair and back pain afterward. My choice of nail polish was vetoed by the technician who figured she had a better idea of what I wanted… got a kick out of that. Also no champagne… the liquor license police shut that one down months ago, but I was offered another non alcoholic beverage. Bottom line– the pedicure was fine(I could do without the back pain however) but would rather pay $ 20 bucks at my usual spot.

I purchased a package on kgb deals that included a haircut, blowout, style, deep conditioning, and brow wax. I gave it to my daughter & would you believe that all of those things where done in a matter of approx 30 minutes? Her hair was cut evenly, so kudos for that. The ‘deep conditioning’ did not include any heat. It was rubbed into her hair & left there for a few minutes before washing it out. Her hair is curly & she asked that it be diffused for her blow out. My daughter, who is a teenager, does a better job at diffusing than a professional… sad. She just wanted her eye brows cleaned up(no drawn on look) & so the person doing it cleaned up the bottom of her eye brows, which took all of a minute & nothing else. Who knows, maybe if you pay full price or if you are old enough to demand better, they provide better service?
