The product itself I like, especially the smell of their creams. I’ve tried them before. However, their sales people are terrible! I don’t care how good the product is, there is no customer service. Today my mom and I were at Glendale Galleria and two salesmen were standing outside of the store with sample bags in their hands. They said would you like a sample and my mom reached out to get a sample and the guy said no. He turned to me and said I’ll give you one. I said come on what are you doing? Just give her a sample and both of the salesmen said no. Why because they didn’t think she would buy it? She was older? They hurt my mom’s feelings. I gave them back the sample that they gave me and said you can keep your product. It’s terrible how they select out potential customers.
