If you consider moving here, don’t. The management and staff are lazy and don’t care about the well being of their residents. All they care about is trying to make a buck. The rent is extremely overpriced for what you live in, and the lack of amenities.
Throughout the winter months they barely keep up with maintaining the snow and ice. My heater broke and it took them two days MAKE THAT 3 days. to come and fix it. That was two nights of trying to sleep when it was negative temps. Unacceptable.
If you try to ask for any type of repair, good luck getting someone to come fix it. Still waiting for a repair I requested 3 months ago.
The staff that work in the leasing office are rude and have no problem showing you they are annoyed when you come in with questions. Asking them to do their job is like asking a teenager to do the dishes.
I cannot wait to move out of this god forsaken «community.»

I have lived here for 3yrs. Recently we got new management. All they have done is raise rent on poorly remodeled units. New rules that force people to either move or sell they’re belongings. I for one am a renter who goes out of my way to make my area look very presentable, my husband and I have 2 teenage children, all 4 of us use bikes for work and school. We are being Forced to remove them from our professionally hung bike rack on our porch. We obviously can not bring them in our home because that violates fire code cause there is no possible room. My whole building has recently experienced cold showers and they refuse to fix the issue. I have under aged children and an occasional grand baby who obviously require baths which we have to heat up on the stove to take. I live on the second floor were it is done what decent during the winter heat wise, but I haven’t been able to use my heat cause it has been broken all winter and still as I Speak, if I turn my heat on water will flow out onto the carpet. its a useless place to live. The pool is never cleaned and the bathhouse is full of mold. in a yr and a half I haven’t been able to use my own laundry room cause they refuse to fix the dryers

renter beware, i will sum it as simple as this. multiple units had a raw sewage back up (through floor, tiles, and tub, and after 72 hours we still live in a small one bedroom with raw standing sewage. 72hours!!! i have documented emails, times, names. and they have no answers for me.
just know that their «demo» aparments aere nothing llike what they have no offer, nothing is up to code. if you rent there, best of luck to you. i will be leaving mid-​lease, and settling in court that they violated their warrnty to a habitable home. sounds warm and cozy right?
