McDonald’s

Waited for three minutes. Food was HOT and correct. Apologized for the wait and gave me cookies!!! It was 3:30 am. I was happy to get hot food and half a smile. Instead received great service, an apology, a whole smile, and cookies. Great staff on 6 – 18 at 3:30 am. (Friday night/​Saturday morning). I will admit this is not always my favorite McDonald’s (though ALWAYS better than North and 53) but seemed to be a great, caring crew this time.

If you wanna see people stoned and random teenagers yelling out there drama stories this is the place to come.

The only reason I’m giving two stars is because it used to be good. I don’t know if it’s under new management or has all new employees but the past 2 – 3 weeks this McDonald’s has been horrible. We live a half mile away and frequent this McDonald’s about once a week and it usually isn’t horrible. But lately the lines are really long in the drive thru, they forget food/​drinks and the employees are less than nice. Two days ago I got breakfast here and my bagel was completely burnt. Who would sell food burnt?

One star for location another star for that poor girl who obviously was new working the register. There was about 10 crew members including managers working in the back and only this girl working the register. Customers we’re getting edgy and managers weren’t reacting. It’s a Saturday morning all registers should be going. As McDonald’s restaurants go this one is still very sub par.

One star for the service and quality of the food
. Go get a better burger for a couple bucks more at portillos.

My order is always correct they just don’t wear gloves. I was watching them in the back and one employee went from the food to the microwave handle to the chicken nugget tray back to the hamburger she was making. A female employee was eating french fries straight from the fry station. After i spoke to the manager she said they are not required to wear gloves.

We like this McDonalds. They usually get our order correct, and the service is fast and friendly. I always check my order before I leave and if it’s not correct, they have always made it right, and have been very nice. We like this type of food and so far we have gotten what we expect, and it’s good.

For a McDonalds, the staff was friendly, the place was clean and the food was fresh. However, the heavier shifts never seem to make enough of common food for that shift. For example, they never seem to have fresh hashbrowns, breakfast burritos or even egg mcmuffins. I guess they try to remedy the situation with offering a lot of sauces.

If you are a drive-​thru user, have lots of time to wait, and most importantly use cash and NOT CREDIT CARD, you’ll be fine. They have people in and out of there who really work for someone else, skimming your credit card. We’ve had our card info stolen there four times. FOUR. They had an external card swiper off the side of the building for awhile and they day they took it off I went through and bam. Stolen again. My bank sent me a txt saying there was suspicious activity and deactivated my card. The previous bank didn’t and they always racked up big charges.
So use cash, go inside for lobby service. Just don’t use your card. It’s not McD’s fault, but they’re guano-​crazy for taking that drive-​thru self-​swiper off. And they mess up your order a fair bit too. Check the bag before driving off.

I have only used the drive thru, so far I have been real pleased. They get my order right and seem to really understand English ! That gives them a huge edge.
