Extremely clean and well lit. Staff was extremely helpful, although they preferred Spanish. They changed the TV to a children’s program which our kids loved. Bathrooms were very clean. Machines were well priced and were twice to three times as fast as our home machine. Their machines use a wash card that you can load with cash or credit card.

I was surprised at how difficult it was to find drop-off laundry in the Hanover Park/Schaumburg/Roselle neighborhood I was staying in for a few weeks. The first place I found on Unilocal was un-staffed with lockers where you could put your laundry and they would call you back(when? No idea…) with a price and turnaround time. A little too vague for me to trust when I’m on my last day of clean clothes. So a little more digging on Unilocal through the various laundry/dry cleaner options and finally found this place(which was even closer to my hotel and office!). $ 1/pound and done later the same day with a real human at the counter. Deal. I happened back through the neighborhood a little early, so I stopped in and everything was done and ready to go. They ladies even laid out my shirts that needed hanging, even though I didn’t bring hangers, so they would stay flat. The facilities themselves seemed plenty clean and spacious, but since I didn’t stick around, I couldn’t tell you any more about them.

OMG! What is this crazy place??? Absolutely amazing! Bubble World has these awesome machines that you put dirty clothes into, along with some soap and money, the machine spins around and around, and when done, your clothes come out clean! Then you get to watch your clothes get spun around all over again just to get dry. Who came up with such a bizarre life event deserves a Nobel, or at least a Pulitzer. But that’s not all! Bubble World has TVs for your viewing pleasure if you should choose to tear your eyes away from your spinning clothes for a few minutes. I can’t recall the last time i saw The Price Is Right– Bob Barker sure looks a lot younger– he must have had a lot of plastic surgery. Or you could play the ‘claw’ game! The chance to put your money into a slot, guide a claw to drop into a pile of stuffed animals, and not pick something up, is genius! Bubble World even has chairs to sit on!!! Bathroom? Bam, in the back. Its even a very clean bathroom. The whole darn place is very clean and bright. Self-service vending machines in the front will also take your money in exchange for food or beverage. Bubble World really thought of everything!(coulda used wi-fi, though)(and maybe alcohol, too). Now get this– if you don’t have enough time to sit at Bubble World to watch your clothes go around and around(but who wouldn’t find the time to enjoy all the pleasures there are to enjoy here) you can even drop off your dirty clothes off at the front desk, and they well give them back the fully cleaned at a later time! What a great idea. I bet some people would pay a lot of money for such service, so it must cost a fortune. Just kidding, it’s probably very reasonably priced; i just didn’t get the chance to price it. I think Bubble World could be the new«IT» place to see and to be seen. I wouldn’t be surprised if Bubble World soon has to turn people away because of the crowds. I think I may just start coming to hang out at Bubble World even when I don’t have laundry to do, it’s that awesome! I will absolutely be back, next time I need to wash my winter bed comforters that are too big for the home machine. Though, I may be converting my home laundry room to a Bubble World! I said«Bubble» eight times. Bubble, Bubble, Bubble. Eleven times. Are you going to go back and count? It’s a Laundromat.
