Every arrangement I have received as a gift or have sent as a gift or purchased for myself has always been unique fresh and created with the utmost attention to detail.
I can’t say enough about work that Walter and Brook do for their customers. They have done flower boxes for the outside of my home. Urns for the front door weekly arrangements for my home and many arrangements for special occasions !

I had a wonderful experience with this place. I am a little bit of a last minute bride and was looking for a small bouquet for my very very small elopement wedding. I worked with Brooke and she was absolutely fabulous. Great personality, warm, friendly and willing to really discuss details on what would be best within my budget and time frame and overall theme.
Let me tell you, the bouquet turned out fantastic! Just gorgeous. Perfect amount of peach and purple. I can’t wait to walk with it down the aisle.

I came in yesterday to get mother’s day flowers and even though they were busy making preordered arrangements, they took time out to help me pick out flowers and then made a beautiful bouquet arrangement on the spot. I was very impressed with the quality of flowers and the bouquet arrangement. Best of all, my mom absolutely loved it! I would definitely come back in the future.

I have sent flowers twice in the past couple weeks using Flower Shop in Glencoe — and both arrangements turned out fantastic. A very pleasant man answered the phone each time and was very helpful, and even helped me figure out what to write in the card.
I love that they don’t come in a box, they can do same day delivery, and the flowers are beautiful. (not those typical 1 – 800 flowers arrangements).
They range from $ 60-​$ 125 but no matter what price you pick — the flowers will be beautiful AND tasteful!

Not only is the glencoe flower shop exceptional at creating beautiful arrangements but they are extremely nice too! They are my go to for special occasion flowers. They also do an amazing job with our outdoor flower containers. I was paying our landscaper a fortune for mediocre and boring arrangements. The flower shop does a great job and they last. There is nothing more frustrating than receiving flowers and then watching them wilt the next day. They also have a nice mix of gifty items in the store at all different price points.

As a gift, I received flowers from this shop. On the day that they arrived, I found mold on the inside of the petals. When I called the shop to have them replace the flowers, I was told that I could not possibly be correct. The woman who designed the arrangement let me know that she was offended at my suggestion that the flowers were not fresh. I drove to the shop to present my moldy flowers.
«It’s your lucky day!» the owner of the shop announced to me when he saw the mold. «This is very unusual.»
The offer of fresh flowers as a replacement did not feel at all generous. The poor customer service during the first phone call ruined the gift. A well-​run shop would have replaced the flowers without hesitation.
