I left an earlier review that only rated the former pediatric dentist on staff. It was a bit unfair as it did not cover the work by Dr. Bobrow who I, as an adult, see as my dentist. Dr. Bobrow does a nice job. I have had mostly cleanings, but did have a tooth filled on one occasion. No one likes going to the dentist, but my experiences have been as painless as possible. I would give the practice 5 stars if they would invest in a laser drill like the one at my kids’ dentist.

I’ve only been coming here for my son’s dental visits for about a year. I saw Dr. Pandya once, maybe twice. I see that there is some negativity in the reviews regarding Dr. Pandya, but it may all be unfounded since I know several people who loved her work and her style with children, and were very upset when she left. I didn’t know her well, but she seemed to do a fine job with my son.
If anyone is staying away because of these old reviews regarding Dr. Pandya and procedures, office hours, please give it a try. It’s a lovely office.

Dr. Mitra S. Pandya, DMD, MS did a good job fixing my son’s tooth. However, she did not perform all the services for which she charged.
She charged for a comprehensive examination, but did a limited one. Before bringing my son to the office my wife asked the doctor explicitly not to do any examinations because it was done recently in another dental office. Dr. Pandya’s administrative assistant reassured us that they can fix a tooth without a new client comprehensive examination. However, later Dr. Pandya claimed that she performed a comprehensive exam and charged us for it.
We thought it was a mistake and brought it to Dr. Pandya’s attention. She was very arrogant, defensive, and would not admit any mistakes. She told us to look for another doctor.
I would not come to her again because I cannot trust her as a person (maybe she is a good dentist).
