I am never eating at Chipotle ever again!!! I warn you all to eat at your own risk. I went to this restaurant on Wednesday evening after work and ordered a burrito bowl with steak. This had been my only meal of the entire day. The next morning my stomach felt bloated and quite uncomfortable on my drive to work. 20 mins on the road I had to do a U turn back home. I got diarrhea, my stomach and head started to hurt and I felt like throwing up. I read up my symptoms and realized it sounded very much like the norovirus others had complained about from Chipotle. I was extremely dehydrated all night, could barely sleep. Had back and joint pains and my stomach hurt like I was having cramps. I eventually got up at around 1:00am. I had diarrhea and threw up all over my bathroom floor simultaneously. Yeah not a very appealing site. My bath mats and shower curtains are ruined as a result but I instantly felt better once I got the food out of my system. I usually don’t write reviews and I have no other agenda’s in writing this. I simply want to share my experience and hopefully help others avoid what I went through last night. You could not pay me to eat at another chipotle.

I don’t know what this place did but damn, the turn around is obvious. There is almost no line anymore and what little amount of a line that they do have, you aren’t waiting for 30 minutes like in the past. This place really has polished itself up.

One of fave Chipotle’s. Not sure what’s up with all the not-so positive reviews. Clean. More updated. Always ready. And I like their to-go bags with the handle. Great location!

Really fast and courteous service. I love chipotle, but this was my first time at this location. The staff was really moving. All the vegetables were stocked up, which is great. There have been times in the past that I went to a chipotle this late(after 9) and they were out of what I wanted. I’m a fan.

I really wanted to like this Chipotle location since it’s so close to my home but, THISPLACEFAILSEVERYTIME! This particular location is very small compared to other Chipotles in the surrounding areas. The staff is below mediocre. Every time(I’ve visited this establishment three times) I ask for 2 scoops of corn they get an attitude, like I can’t ask for more(this is the face I make –_-). What gives? Also the rice always seemed to be undercooked and the chicken and steak is ALWAYS over cooked. Also, I wanted to point out that the last time I visited this establishment that I saw the guy behind the counter bagging chips, drop them and instead of discarding them in the trash bin a foot away, threw them right back into the bowl and kept tossing with salt. Talk about disgusting. Lastly, the chick at the register accidentally rang up the meal of the person behind me in line and when I corrected her she had the nerve to say to the girl standing right next to her, «didn’t I just ask her if that was hers or not?» And I politely replied in my least bitchy face«No, I said just the guacamole was.» Ghetto Chipotles like this are the reason why people take all the utensils and sauces. Andddddddd ask for water cups and get soda anyways.

I’ve given this Chipotle a couple of chances to get it right. Twice I’ve been where they ran out of something. I don’t understand how you run out of something you have on the menu ALL the time. The assembly crew is very slow. This location is tiny compared to other locations. A line of 10 people looks like a line of 20 because of this. Additionally, I have also ordered online twice. The first time, I waited half an hour after the scheduled pick up time to get my food. The second time, which happened most recently, they had my ‘order’ ready before the scheduled time. Here is where I draw then line with their incompetence. The order called for a barbacoa burrito bowl with double meat(which is almost $ 3 extra.) I get home, I’m about to take the first bite and there’s no barbacoa anywhere! There’s two receipts that is printed that says barbacoa with extra barbacoa and they still messed up the order. In order for a refund, I was told that I have to go back. I packed up the burrito bowl and drove back to get a refund. I didn’t even bother to ask them to make me a new one. I just won’t give this location my business and go out of my way to go to the location in Bowie off of 450.

They know nothing about Mexican food. I had to walk out after watching them attempt to fold my daughters burrito. It was not a pleasant sight.

Ordered online and pickup was 4:15. Got there and food wasn’t ready and had to wait almost half an hour after pick up time. Then, the food was cold and the burrito bowl didn’t have as much in it as other chipotles. A lot of lettuce was added to make it look like a lot. They gave us small drinks for waiting.
