Margaret is always the best help. Makes the world of a difference. 5 star service. Probably the best Victoria’s Secret ever just because of the service. She will make sure you get taken care of no matter who you are.

RUDE sales people. I called to check if they have an item in the store and I was transferred to a girl named Tiffany. She was no help at all and then hung up on me without even saying bye. I could tell what she was over the phone … NOT SURPRISED!!! Trash.

The ladies that work at this store were very nice when I was in there on Christmas Eve. My sister-in-law accidentally knocked a bunch of garments onto the floor, and the associates were pretty funny in their reaction to it. I know how annoying it is to work in retail and watch customers make a mess of the place, and they handled it with humor. I appreciated that they weren’t just miserable to be working on Christmas Eve and in sour spirits.
Plus, all of the stuff I bought was on sale! Woo hooo…

This is a nice, typical VS store — but it is not the closest one to my house. I came here to redeem my «free panties» coupon — and basically went in and out — no issues.

I don’t go to this Victoria’s Secret often but once in a while I stop in. It feels somewhat smaller than other stores I’ve been too… Maybe it’s just me but it’s in a really nice shopping center (Brinton Lake) so maybe I am just expecting more… But hey, as long as they have the perfume I need, I’m good!

I have been to many VS stores. Many, many stores. Too many. And I was shocked at how small this location is when I walked in. It’s only 3 rooms. There is virtually *no* Pink collection compared to the offerings at any other VS. Even the Chestnut St location is bigger, and that’s tiny. Not enough space = fast crowding & lackluster selection. So don’t expect to find anything here beyond the basics. You’ll probably be better off shopping online.
