Oak Park, IL
Hillcrest Apartments is affordable and a decent place to live. The management, however, is very poor. I lived here for a year and a half, and I did not have a single positive experience with the woman who manages the property. She is extremely unpleasant and rude. The maintenance staff is great, though. They fixed everything in a timely manner. I loved the location and loved the apartment, but the manager Heidi needs to change how she interacts with the tenants.
