My favorite Dairy Queen! We have been going here for the past 7 years, the employees are always very nice and it’s open year round, what a bonus!

I’ve been here a few times and although we haven’t had any problems with our customer service, I can see what other reviewers say about the staff being a bit unprofessional. I’ve noticed they seem to have a fairly large staff and I think that it gives them a bit more time to goof around when they shouldn’t be. Again, I haven’t had any problems with this. The ice cream is always delicious plus they have coupons all the time!

I ordered a vanilla sundae with strawberries. I started digging in and within the next minute, I noticed a hair, probably about 6 inches long, stuck on the surface of the icecream. Disgusting. I went back inside and demanded another one, and they promptly made another one for me. Never coming back here.

I love Dairy Queen. This bad review is in no way about the actual ice cream we had tonight, but the workers working there. Being in customer service and a manager myself(my boyfriend too), if I was the owner of this location I would seriously rethink my staffing. First, all we ordered were a medium chocolate cone and a medium hot fudge sundae. Simple right? We waited 5 minutes for the chocolate cone, as we’re sitting there waiting for the sundae for another 15 minutes, two people after us got their blizzards. So we asked, and it turns out, they forgot to make the sundae. How do you forget a simple thing when you aren’t even busy! Then the guy behind us in line found paper chunks throughout his blizzard, and the one girl played dumb blond with him about it. Half the time the employees, a boy and two girls were standing there goofing off with each other, and acting like they knew nothing about what was going on in their shop. We won’t be back to this location unless the staff is better trained or replaced.
