I emailed Tweezerman customer service about a 5 yr old pair of cuticle nippers that recently broke. Stacie Melendez replied and said to mail them to her and they would repair or replace them. I had tracking on the package, she had them back to me good as new within a week. Very impressed, thank you Stacie!

I’m with the previous reviewer who found Tweezerman’s service to as good as one could ever ask. We returned some clippers for maintenance and they came back looking brand new, sharpened and in perfect condition — far different than how they were when we sent them. It took a while but the service was perfect. Thank you.

my mother owns a nail salon. She has always sent her tweezers to this company to be sharpened. The last two times she sent them, the company supposedly«lost» the invoice. They were VERY rude whe I spoke with them. One lady pretty much told me she could stop what he was doing to look for the invoice. They are not very professional. The first time they supposedly lost the invoice, my mom didnt recieve her nippers back until 5 or 6 months later and their other excuse was that the nippers use to be sent to Texas to be sharpened but is now being sharpened in NY and they must have gotten lost in the swap. This time, they have recieved the nippers on April 7th and still no nippers. poor poor service and employees
