Without question the most courteous staff. They are professional and quick. They picked me up from the car shop, and dropped me off to pick up my car when I needed, always with a smile. Will definitely use them any time I need a rental.

While someone belated, this review is well deserved. The staff and management were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. They expedited my rental and arranged everything totally to my satisfaction. They provided me with a vehicle that completely met my expectations. I would use them again without hesitation.

Outstanding experience! The staff were super friendly and helpful at this location (Glen Cove, NY). I was upgraded to a much better car at no extra charge as the class of car I had requested was not available. Check in and check out were super quick. They even provided a ride for me after the rental was returned. I would definitely use Enterprise again!

I found the staff helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. When I picked up the van I rented, I mentioned I was moving my son out of his apartment. When I returned the next day, they asked me how it went. A little thing, but indicative of how this franchise is run.

The crew at Enterprise in GC is good. Relatively fast, friendly. Free drop off ride. Definitely will use them again.
The new location is a bit further out, but roomier than the old location at Land Rover.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, bar none. I have never had a smooth transaction with this organization. Just rented a car from them while mine was being repaired. They gave me one that leaked on my driveway and in my garage.
They have been totally unresponsive except to say, «it’s not my job», call someone else. I called their corporate office and tried to reach someone, anyone, but not a single one of their extensions connect to anything.
The only reason I used them this time was because my repair shop was right next door to their office. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET SUCKERED INTO USING ENTERPRIZE. I caution anyone against using them.

I’m a big Enterprise fan… ESPECIALLY the Glen Cove branch. The staff is very accommodating and anxious to please. The quality and condition of the cars is terrifies!!!
I wish ALL Enterprise locations would offer the $ 9.95 per day weekend rate!!! If they did I’d give 5 stars to the entire company, not just Glen Cove.

I was in the area this past weekend and ended up renting a car from this location.
Location
Depending on which angle you’re coming from it might be difficult to spot. With it being nested a small nook of the Land Rover dealership it is very easy to miss. The parking lot is also very tiny making the probability of empty parking spaces low depending on when you come by.
Rental
Hey, what can I say. I’m a frugalista. I went with the compact category. However, I didn’t get a hideous vehicle and it gave me no problems the entire time I had it. No frills, just the basics and that’s all I needed. I was satisfied.
Service
Everyone I encountered here was friendly, personable, prompt with providing service to customers and polite. I had no problems but I’m sure if I did they would’ve worked diligently to resolve them.
