Heater went dead at 11 at night. Like an 80s movie, I hired multiple hitmen (read as: called every heating company in a 10 mile radius). Not only were they first to call back, they arrived 40 minutes earlier than promised. He brought his own booties (with small children in house this was a big, big plus), he was patient with my questions, efficient with the work and walked me through how I could do the repairs myself in the future, were I so inclined. Only when specifically asked did he talk about any other repairs I might have done. And was honest with me about estimates on how much life left my hot water heater still has.
Would gladly call back.

As a woman living alone, with no heat in March 2015, I was extremely worried about the reliability and integrity of a repair service.
I called several service companies in the Port Washington/​Roslyn/​Glen Cove area and went with my gut feeling.
Kris arrived exactly when he said he would, explained and showed me each part involved in my problem & AND DID THE TOTAL REPAIR, by cleaning the existing parts instead of trying to charge me to replace parts and the additional labor involved. My gut feeling about Baker was more than right.

Baker Air is the «AIR JORDAN» of centralized air conditioning systems. Kris and Paul Baker are thorough, efficient and overall entertaining. A dynamic team, speed is the operative word when it comes to their work habits. Our entire attic and upstairs ventilation system was done in 3 days. They are both courteous and take a lot of pride in the streamline work that they produce. Baker Air is a refreshing cool breeze for family owned businesses. I would recommend this team to anyone.

Baker Air came to both my office and home on time and we’re extremely friendly and efficient in fixing my heating systems. Kris even gave me a tutorial on how to program the existing air system.
