Just delivered a car to us with missing door trim(Lexus). Parked the car so it couldn’t be noticed and had a 92 year old lady sign off on it and drove off. Business telephone number doesn’t answer/mailbox full. Probably not the driver’s fault for the missing trim but a more professional operator would have pointed out the problem… I have not claimed we were due any compensation. ***Arrow called to say because delivery driver isn’t the same as pick up driver that the delivery driver had no knowledge or responsibility for condition of the vehicle. So I would take that as their company policy. Don’t know any other way to interpret that.
