The folks at Seasons are amazing. They are an extremely caring group that are truly engaged in finding innovative ways to improve quality of life.

God help you if you had to work with Seasons (enlist their help)!!! They are all over you when you’re still in the hospital setting, but the minute you are discharged and brought home, you’re better of calling yourself a castaway!
From the get go, be it completing the intake forms, informing the patient/​family of services and schedules, nursing, nurse visits, social worker visits — NOTHING gets done! I’ve seen better — UCP of Metro Boston provides Personal Care Attendent programs that is essential for individuals who need help at home, be it ADLS, or shopping and such.
The Seasons Social Worker DOES NOT follow up on «promises» she makes (the one that we worked with!!!) To date, I’m yet to receive forms she said she would forward from the DM/​Dept of Aging — it’s 30 days and I’m looking in my inbox and spam folder too.
