Walked into the showroom this past Saturday… lady at the front desk was talking on a personal phone call. Asks person to hold on to ask us if she can assist us we said we wanted to speak to someone about their products. We mill around the showroom for a while. Out saunters a less than interested sales man — except they call themselves«project managers». He does not introduce himself; he does not ask our names, he offers no handshake, no welcome to our show room — NOTHING. We get a very uninterested — «So what brings you here today?» Well we certainly are not there to have our teeth drilled I thought to myself silently. We go on to explain what we are interested in and showed him a picture of a project they had in their photo book. This is a very expensive project, we are looking at both a screened in porch and a deck. I am not there to ask about a 6X6 deck. He was smug and rude at best offers very few details, does not ask us if we want to see samples of wood, or composite decking, never brings it up at all. We had to begin asking questions it was like pulling teeth. Never ever shows interest in drawings we had brought with us to show a professional designer. We asked him — would you like to see our drawings? Nope don’t need to — we would make our own drawings. My spouse and I were stunned. I was starting to boil over when I had to ask what is the next step in their process. He said they schedule an onsite visit la la la. I said ok that’s it in my head I was like this guy is never getting any of my money. So I started to ask harder questions like — do you have any complaints with the attorney general’s office? Yeah we do, of course we do he says like it is no big deal. He shakes his head at me shrugs his shoulders and says you just can’t make everybody happy. Of course he backs up his piss poor body language with«Of course those complaints are all resolved now.» Like he was disappointed the company had to fix anything for anyone ever. Now that I see the other two reviews that are already posted here I know better than to deal with any of these guys. If you happen to go into the showroom and Jamie(Male) comes out to greet you — run for your life or be prepared to ask for everything — because it sure is not going to be offered to you. The only way I got his name was to ask for it before my wife and I left the showroom. This guy has the personality of a rock at best.

Very poor customer service. They do shoddy work and don’t return phone calls to get anything resolved. We have a one year«warranty» and now that we are just shy of the one year mark(2 weeks remaining) they are not easily contacted. They advertise that the panels can be easily installed and removed based on the time of year. Simply not true. In a phone call with the franchise owner, he used homophobic comments and hung up on me. Not sure how this qualifies as customer service in 2012. Save yourself a headache and stay away!

We spent about $ 6,000 on an enclosure last year. It was all great till we tried to take out the panels for the spring. Impossible! They came out and did it for us, showed us how for the fall. Well, it’s fall and we tried for hours to put the panels in and… Impossible. They are supposed to come out and put them in and look at the faulty work and fix it so we can do this every season. Seems they are unable to put us on the schedule. So here we wait. I would advise not paying the balance until you are totally sure your happy with you job.
