This is THE WORST Macy’s I’ve ever been to. They have the worst selection for nearly everything relating to females. Very small shoe selection. Hardly any women’s active wear. Very poor selection for work clothing. There is legitimately nothing for women between their teen years into their 40’s. If you are a young working female in need of something fit for your age, just don’t go here. Take a trip to Annapolis where you’ll find something for you. And I’m completely at a loss as to why the selection is small. There is enough space for a broader selection.

The lady at the service center on the 3rd floor was slightly rude. We came to get more wedding registry cards. We asked her if we could get some and she said «ok» then walked away. There are certain mannerisms you utilize in the business of customer service and I’m not sure she understands that. But overall the store is great things are neat and nothing smells

Not the best Macy’s and certainly in a horrible mall, but I was waited on quickly by a ver personable sales person and there weren’t lines of people all over the place. The shoes I bought were marked down even more than what they said.
Seemed to be out of a lot of «middle sizes» in all female departments, also didn’t have the usual higher end products. I went in looking for business casual work clothes and come out with a pair of chucks instead.

I think Macys is over filled with staff and over crowded. I do like there good sales, and when I can find what I am looking for I am always pleased. the staff members are friendly, when I did our wedding registry, they were so helpful, they often checked on me to see how I was doing. Talk about being spoiled!!!

One of the better Macys I’ve visited. The the store is neat, organized, and most of the racks aren’t overflowing with merchandise (a few of the clearance rack items were but that’s to be expected in a way) and they actually have an AWESOME selection of clothes especially in the sportswear/​career department.
The employees were nice and were actually available to ring me up even during a slow, quiet weekday afternoon.
Now the rest of the mall, on the other hand… yeah just stick with Macys.

Great Macy’s! This is store is very clean and well organized, definitely the highlight of the Marley Station Mall. (Which I realize isn’t really saying much, but it really is a good store on its own merits too.)
The employees here are friendly and helpful. We were greeted several times and asked if we needed any assistance. I came prepared on my last trip with a 20% off coupon, but the guy who checked us out in the men’s department applied a 25% off coupon I didn’t have. Nice!
