The food here was decent in flavor and presentation. The bar side had everything a bar should have including an 8 beer tap, full bar, and televisions galore… even had Tom & Jerry on one of the screens. The highlight about this place is the staff. Our waitress threw in the question that you rarely ever hear when grabbing a bite out, «are there any food allergies we should know about?» Thank you! It sounds simple but that’s huge. My friend has a food allergy and it was addressed not only by the waitress but the manager as well. Good job y’all!

Just wanted to put an update out there after my first review. I have to say I think the customer service might be worse then the food. After posting my first review I got a message from their Director of Marketing claiming I was going to be contacted by the General Manager because she wanted to talk about my experience. This made me think they might care about making sure customers are satisfied. So I respond with an email address and wait. Three days later I send another message just letting them know I still haven’t been contacted by the GM and ask when should I expect a response. I’m told the GM may be on vacation but she’s surprised no one has responded to me yet. Sounds a little fishy to me, if you talked to her about getting in contact with me wouldn’t you already know she was on vacation? I’m supposed to sit tight and wait for a response so I did. Here we are 10 more days later and I’m tired of waiting. I’m not surprised the servers and cooks don’t care much about the customers, the management doesn’t either.

So it’s a typical family night on a Saturday and you’re looking for somewhere to eat that is both good and won’t break the bank. Dining at Glory Days you will surely have both. The moment I walked in the door was held for my family and I and we were greeted with smiles. It made us feel welcome as if we weren’t just customers but guests who will be appreciated for bringing our business here. For being a Saturday night it was only a short wait we had until we were seated and greeted yet again with smiles by our server. The menu had an extensive list of food that would please all different kinds of appetites at good prices. During our dining experience we never had to ask for drinks, food came out quick and hot, and every employee who we interacted with were charming and made us feel at home. At the end of our wonderful dining experience a manager in a bright green shirt came over and asked us how our experience was and all we had to say was«wondeful.» If you’re looking for a place to dine with your family with great food, smiling faces, and affordable prices I highly recommend Glory Days.

Forst walked in and it was super crowded on a wednesday(wing night) … FIRSTSTAR we were seated quickly… Only waited 5 – 10 min max … SECONDSTAR or server Jasmine was GREAT… THIRDSTAR food came out within 15 minutes!!! This glory days was really quick and we were there for a total of maybe forty five minutes… BUT the hostess’ friends who sat across from us kept screaming racial slurs and being rude … The hostess did nothing to try to stop them but just laughed… The same hostess cleaned the table by pushing all the loose trash on the floor making the place look dirtier… Btw walking into this glory days location you can smell that it has not been properly cleaned in quite a while… especially the floors… If we werent rushing and hungry we wouldve went somewhere else… To top it all off… There was a fight in the parking lot which the three hostess and a few buss boys decided to run out as well and watch the fight… Might be back due to very quick service… Maybe for lunch tho maybe itll be cleaner the … Never recommending this place tho

Glory Days on Ritchie Highway is terrible for the handicapped. It seems when designing this place the architects decided to lift the whole thing off the ground as much as 3 feet. The only way to enter the building is to go up a lengthy ramp at quite the angle. Furthermore, there seem to be only two handicapped spaces. People with mobility handicap issues should definately avoid Glory Days.

This place has THEBEST wings I’ve had anywhere in the area. They are crispy and the sauces are delicious!

The food has steadily been going downhill over the last year or so. I don’t know if it’s new sourcing of materials or if they changes chefs, but the decline has been noticed by everyone of my friends that frequents the venue for trivia every week. Prices are also on the high end of average for drinks. Food prices would be fair if the portion sizes reflected it, which they no longer do.

I try to give a place a couple tries before I review. I’ve been here 3 times and every time, after I eat, I am hungry when I leave. The portions are very small and not worth it at all. Wait staff is great, nice atmosphere but will not go back. I ordered the macho nachos and there was very little chili on them. I mean come on… It would cost me literally $ 1.50 to make this at home and they charge $ 7. Chicken soft tracks, same thing. Avoid this place.

Typical sports bar with average food, although the Prime Beef Burger is better than most. Bartender Jill is the best, attentive and great service. The dining room not so much.

There was glory on tax day when Glory Days offered a 10% discount on the entire check. A little bit helps when you keep on eating out. Asked the lady in the bar about the Glory’s recommendations in the menu. The clam chowder she said is a hit and I agreed. The crispy shrimp 2 soft tacos are also a favorite and I agreed! But the shrimp linguine left me disappointed. It was too creamy and little, less shrimps. I love shrimps and all seafoods. I’ll still come back because this bar is cloud 9. Local folks are regulars, can you believe it they know each other.

Not worth trying. The prices are high, the portion sizes are stingy at best, and the overall quality of the food is lower than what you’d expect from fast food. Do yourself and your wallet a huge favor and just go home and call for delivery. Although, I have to say that when I refused to eat what was passed off as a cheese steak, the manager did come over to apologize(and comp my drink) and explain that they are a chain restaurant and the situation became clear. This is an example of corporate greed at its finest and it causes the good people who work here AND eat here to suffer. If you simply want to pound a few down and watch some of the game,(or awesome old cartoons), maybe have an appetizer, have at it. You could do worse, but you’d have to try.

Tried this place for the first time. Got the bacon cheddar burger and it was ok. Husband got bison burger also ok. Fried pickles weren’t all too great. We did order some drinks from the bar and those were not so good. The martini was way to strong and the mojito didn’t taste like a mojito. It was odd getting asked«did you come here because you wanted too or by default?» By the manager. Will possibly come back not too sure though.

After a long boycott of GD I decided to give it a 2nd and 3rd try. It has gotten much better. Burger night is awesome($ 5.99 for a burger/side) and the cobbler is the best. It’s warm cobbler topped with ice cream, whip, and cinnamon. Amazing. The fish tacos on taco night were bland and not seasoned. I asked for tabasco on the side. I had a manager walk by frequently while my water glass was empty and clearly manager on duty was not paying attention(not sure where server is). Clearly back of the house has it together but the staff could be a bit more attentive.

Never had a bad meal here, or a bad server. Some nights the wings are better than other nights, but overall good experience. If I had a compliant, it would be the TVs — everyone in my family zones out during dinner. Not the place for a romantic meal — or a conversation.

First time visiting and I will say we shall return next time with the kids. Service was great, good was good. Everything was served hot and to our request. No real negative feedback.

Went here with my family the other night for dinner and the service and food were excellent! It wasn’t our first time but going there for dinner with two babies under two was a first. Had a great meal and the waiter was great and attentive. The manager(I think the manager) was also extremely nice and provided some snacks to my toddler when she started to get antsy. All in all, I love this place and always am pleased with the food!!!

Was disappointed the waitress shorted us the coins on the change after paying our bill. Unable to find a manager as we left, I told the hostess about it. Also mentioned the family dining beside us mentioned getting shorted on their change. Her attitude came across as, «Whatever. Not my problem.» Guess we won’t return for a while.

Quickly becoming one of my favorite joints. The fish fry is excellent. Golden crispy crust covers hot fresh fish. Side of slaw and fries. Great service.
