I got my order after 1 hour and it was missing the garlic sauce i called and spoke to the manager who said he will send the driver back, after another 40 minutes i called again spoke to the same manager who told me the driver is about to leave i told him the pizza was cold already and after a 15 minutes talk he offered to replace my pizza and again after another 35 minutes the new order arrived with no garlic sauce i called again the same manager was so rude and disrespectful i asker for my money back he told me to come and get it!!! How nice is that i WILLNEVERNEVER order from u again

I ordered a pizza and some wings, watched their online app go from order to prep, baking, quality control, and out for delivery. After an hour and a half of waiting, I finally called to see why I hadn’t received my order and was told that someone called and cancelled it. This was a blatant lie because it is simply not possible. I live alone and nobody else knew I placed the order. They then tried to get me to re-order, and I told them no thank you, I’ll go somewhere else. I still see a pending charge on my debit card and if it goes through, I am going to completely lose it on them. I will not be ordering from them again.

After being contacted by their corporate office, I gave it another shot. Food was great. Didn’t deal with a driver, but staff were nice and food was ready quickly. Great positive changes, I’ll definitely try them again.
