Checkers

There’s not a lot of Checkers so this is 1 of 2 that I go to. I’m in love with the fries but what concerns me is their chicken sandwich. When I bite into it I taste something processed. I feel like I can’t explain it until you try it but it doesn’t not taste like a chicken sandwich. Also my cherry coke tasted weird as well. On the other hand every employee I ever came across was polite and friendly.

The fries were ice cold and stiff like the fingers on a rotting corpse. The burger looked like a flattened squirrel that got ran over by a dump truck and the lady that served me my food looked like Chet from weird science when that chick turned him into a piece of shit. Place was beat.

Overall, I absolutely love Checkers burgers and fries. That said, this location is sub pare… even for fast food/​drive through in and around Baltimore. Staff isn’t very friendly, location is OK, but the orders are often incorrect. If you can accept (like I have) that there is a distinct possibility that this location will somehow screw your order up, then you’ll be fine.

Over cooked hamburger with a soggy roll. Over cooked as in hard as nails! Too many other choices to go with my business. Good bye Checkers — gone forever…

This place is very close to where I live but never been here until now and I know why!!! Their food is horrible along with their staff. Never again I will be going there.

I liked the food a lot it was ready very quick, i had difficulty understanding the lady at the drive thru… If they are a drive thru restaurant they must train their employees how to deal with customers whom ordering foods from drive thru…

I like Checker’s food but I was less than impressed by this particular location.
Good things:
–fries were hot and fresh
–when I took my burger back (not the way I ordered it), the lady in the window politely apologized and made another for me immediately
–staff was friendly
Not so Good Things:
–people working with the food did not wear hair nets; one even wore her long hair down
–I waited for over 10 minutes in the drive-​thru with 2 cars in front of me. When I got to the window, my order still wasn’t ready.
–My burger was not made the way I had ordered it so I had to take it back.
–The inside of the restaurant looked dirty.
I probably won’t be eating here again unless they make a few changes. I like Checker’s food and I’d be willing to give them another try if they cleaned things up and improved service a little bit.

First time in Checkers after watching the Undercover Boss Checkers episode. I’m quite surprise that Checkers classic burger was good but the french fries are overloaded. Checkers are being trumped by its competitors, but Checkers still have a following.
