Coffee is bad. Service basic at best. Prices would be fine if coffee was actually good, snacks a bit much but as expected for mall food(prices like airport food: X)

First let me say I really like their coffee drinks. I was going to Starbucks before I found this little place. The younger employees are very friendly and customer oriented, and they listen. The older woman, who I believe is the owner is the most miserable unhappy person ever. She never smiles. She either doesn’t understand me, or just gives me the first milk she pulls out of of the fridge. On numerous occasions I have asked for skim, and I have watched her several times put regular milk in my drinks. They have recently raised their prices, because of this I have been in but once. A small frappé there is $ 4.19, they are under $ 4.00 at Starbucks.

I am giving one star because giving none is not an option. I just waited thirty minutes for an Americano at a time when there were 2 customers in front of me, both left without what they had ordered and I was overcharged for my purchase. The barista seems to have only a vague concept of customer service and a tenuous grasp on coffee, math and human interaction. The«mocha» Americano I ordered is a sub-par coffee with a quarter cup of Hershey’s syrup poured in the bottom. I ordered two and, minutes after a confusing and frustrating exchange when I ordered and paid for the drinks, this coffee-genius forgot the second drink. He then attempted to charge me 60 cents when I asked to use the soy milk as cream, cutting across the customers who had been waiting to do so. To make matters worse, this coffee is inedible. I would return for a refund but would imagine that if purchasing a drink took 30 minutes, returning it may require the rest of my day.

Umm, if you’re looking for a coffee place to sit and relax and meet friends… like a Starbucks environment? yeah this is not the place. It’s a walk up counter. Perfect for grabbing an ice cream bar and chillin like the cute grandparents out on a Sunday. But they do have tables in front of the coffee shop where you can sit. Also good for taking a break from the mall madness. Just a thought.

As I was walking through Marley Station Mall I’ve never had such a huge craving for a Slush Puppie. Who fulfilled my craving? Café Euro did. Ah, memories.
